Better Stay Away

Ok, so this is a very shady merchant.

They eventually shipped my products 45 days after the order was placed but it needed an intervention from PayPal to get them to ship the order.
They shipped only AFTER a claim was filed and still would not respond until the last minute when PayPal would block their payment.

I made several calls in the meantime and no one answered. The customer service number is fake. And then they have the audacity to respond back saying they have "24/7 customer service and call back for missed calls"

The quality of the clothes is modest, to say the least. Nothing to drool over.

With so many options available, there is no reason to waste your time and money here. In case you still wish to take the risk, please use PayPal so at least there is some buyer protection, and remember to file a claim in a timely manner.
Even Paypal handles the claims in a manner that is very time sensitive and if you don't act fast, you will neither get your products delivered nor Paypal can help you.

Totally different from the photos

I ordered 2 same dresses for me and my sister and today I got them. I was sooooooooo happy to have them quick and opened one dress to see it. OMG!!!! Its not in the same quality and the beauty same as the photos in your website. To be honest, I didn't want to open the second dress because I lost my interest with them and I was down. When I got it and went in front of the mirror, its not the same shape and the look. Im very disappointed and I do really need to send them back to you. Please help me to send them to you immediately and refund the money. Thanks 😊

Not a worthy site.

Its been 22 days i placed my order. After so many loops of mails i am only be given assurance that i will receive my order even though i ended up paying twice for the same order as the function already done and i had to buy it from different source. Now i am struggling cancel the order to get my money back. Not at all trustworthy site to depend on.

Disappointed with wait time

I ordered outfit on July 22 and was shipped August 4 . That is a long time . Will arrive here on Aug 10 . Seems to be a longer ship time compared to my last order . Customer service and shipping should be consistent .

I ordered according to the approximate delivery time plus a few days. 30+ later, the items have still not arrived.
We had to go out and purchase outfits from here for
the functions. Delivery status needs to change on orders so others know to order early.

The Home away from home hen I received my order…

The first time when I received my order from Trendia, every thing was perfect, not anything wrong, I was so over the moon that I naturally put in my second order. I hate to admit this, but every thing was wrong this time, from the size to the dress quantity and even the jewelry. But I am taking this as a good omen, after every storm comes a rainbow. I’m not giving Trendia up, I am still going to keep on ordering from them, for they do have the best designs and styles and their prices are reasonable. And the best part is I’m getting to wear the lates Indian outfits being so far away from home.

POOR COMMUNICATION

Since I've placed my order, there has been no communication what so ever. Makes me wonder if my order was delivered or lost or canceled. So no communication from Trendia global. Very poor.

Definitely a Scam Site!!! Warning!!

Took forever from my order to be received. Flimsy material that looked like the blazer had been sewn together by a preschooler.
This has got to be a scam site!! Do not order anything from them!! !! I threw my cheap blazer in the trash!
