I would give less than one if I could

I would give less than one if I could. Ordered on the 11th of September, it’s now 25th of October. The first red flag was when I had to text them to send me a tracking number. The second was when I received notification from USPS about unpaid postage. The third was when they did nothing, even after I showed them the notification. Lastly, I had to text them a demanding explanation. They said, “Yes, we knew about it; we will be reshipping,” in short. (Bad communications). That was on the 18th of October. I’ve heard nothing since. No tracking number or anything. Frustrated, I searched Google for a Trend India review and arrived here; now, I see that I may have been scammed. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt since hurricanes occurred in the US. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

Fraud and disgusting platform I ordered on 16th sep and today is 24th October I still didn't revieve my order. I sent 100 mails and response received It will come in few days. I literally fed up with this and need my order any now. It's not a reliable don't buy anything from trend8a. Refund is next impossible task .

It's q fraud please please everyone don't buy a single product else u will be suffered like me. I ordered on 16th sep today is 25th Oct. I sent 100+ mails getting response from Arti Singh everytime 24 hrs u will get from.last 1 month.please support me so that we can close these fraud platforms and complain against them.

Order recieved with only anarkali kurta…

Order recieved with only anarkali kurta with NO dupatta. I would recommend everyone to do a unboxing video. I called customer service and that was the first thing they asked, unfortunately I didn't have one. Very disappointed on the vendors irresponsibility.

BEWARE-FRAUD COMPANY

If I can give less than one star I will do that. I read all the recent reviews and now realize this company is total fraud and does not fulfill most people's orders. I have placed my order since a month and everytime i contact them they say the same thing, that they have not received the order from their vendor. Today I asked them to initiate a refund, they have now stopped responding. So they wont send you the order, neither will they respond if you ask for a refund. Absolutely disgusting. I will never place an order with them and will recommend the same to friends and family. I will also look into legal ways to get my money back.

I ordered online since it said delivery…

I ordered online since it said delivery in 12-15 days. Its been over a month no update. When I tried to reach out to customer service number, those number doesn't exist. Tried sending out email, got automated reply my order will be dispatched in 24hrs, but i don't see any update after that. I'm filing complain with credit card.

Color really matched as advertised!! Yes!

Color really matched as advertised!!. Saree is beautiful also!!. Just want give remark on what I saw when I opened the clear plastic package, blouse piece looked like a kid folded and all looked wrinkled. Whoever stitched pico left knotted threads several areas. Saree looked wrinkled after stitching pico and fall. You should have a courtesy to iron or fold nicely before sending. An honest opinion and remark.!!

Awful company for complaining to.

Some garments were ordered but did not fit however when trying to return them, under UK law, they refused to accept any returns and will not refund the money. I am now preparing a claim under the small claims court.

Please do not do any business with these scammers. They are worse than scammers they do not ship the order with the right size you order and ship any size they like. When you try to return they give lame excuses not to take the return. Very worse business model

Stuffed in a bag and sent out!

I ordered 2 saris for the first time from this site. Previous sites have been problem free so assumed I’d be ok.

I was wrong.

The saris had fall and pick added on and the tailor just shoved them back in the bag and shipped them out.

The saris were crumpled up and blouse pieces just shoved in.

Thankfully I didn’t ship direct to the recipient and was able to properly fold and pack.

The saris will need steam ironing to take out the wrinkles.

I will stick to other sites like sarees bazaar who sent out top quality products properly packed.

Even 1 star is more…… it should be 0 stars

It’s more than a month since I placed my order and it still shows as unfulfilled. This is ridiculous and I will not buy from this company again. I sent an email and I was told I will be given an update after checking with vendors within 24 hrs and it’s been more than 3 days now and no response yet. Very poor customer service.Not happy at all.

Awful suits

Awful suits; material is very poor quality and faded print. Trendia do not accept returns for quality issues which is what a customer expects when buying any product.
Response to all emails were a link to their return policy! They took absolutely no accountability for product quality.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - FRAUD COMPANY getting rid of old stock. Now stuck with 5 suits with no use.

I ordered a bright burgundy suit

I ordered a bright burgundy suit, similar to the colour of a red apple which looked vibrant on the website. What was delivered was darker shade more of a plum colour, looking very dull. This was not the colour I paid for or ordered. The customer service department replied that the pixels on the camera show different shades therefore I was sent the correct colour. If this was the case every other clothing companies would have the same problems. This was unacceptable and Trendia refused to have it returned. Do not purchase from this site, you will not get what you see on your screens.

Still waiting on an order

Still waiting on an order placed over 6 weeks ago. Was not aware it would ship from overseas. First tracking number showed the item finally made it to customs in the US, then stalled. I asked for a refund but instead they sent an updated tracking number showing it was shipping from China AGAIN. Still waiting on it to arrive and they refuse to give a refund on the expedited shipping I paid. Never again!

Extremely disappointed, Bad service

I am thoroughly appalled by the abysmal service provided by Trendia. I placed an order in May for a saree, a custom blouse, and a jewelry set. It's now late July, and despite numerous excuses—including sending the wrong saree, improper Pico work, and an inability to fulfill the blouse customization—they have failed to deliver. The company demanded full payment upfront, including extra for the blouse customization, yet now insists on delivering a substandard product against my specifications. My requests for a full refund have been ignored. Trendia's unprofessionalism and dishonesty are unacceptable. This company is unreliable and dishonest, and I strongly advise against doing business with them

If there was an option to give below one star I could give them that. Please do not waste your time and money with the Trendia. They are one of the worse customer service in the world. There return proveeses is very hard and almost non existent. They make every case not to take their faulty products.
