Have returned a coat as it didn't fit and months later I still have not received my refund.

Just received my dress from trendidol,I am very happy the quality is great.Shame the delivery takes so long.

I ordered a couple of items having seen a Facebook advert with glowing reviews, weeks later after sending lots of emails but never receiving a reply and having opened a dispute via PayPal, I at last received a garment that is made of the cheapest nastiest nylon rather than luxury sweatshirt material, and though vaguely the shape I was expecting is made for someone with stick arms and a giant body and worth barely a tenth of what I paid. There was nothing in the package but from the comments here and the return instructions online I believe it will cost me more than the item is worth to send back and it’s unlikely I will get a refund. Am so disappointed and angry that I’ve been conned, please don’t order anything from TRENDIDOL as you will just be throwing your money away!

I thought I was definitely scammed, after I drunkenly ordered a pair of boots on Boxing Day then tried to chase up but customer service was non-existent. I accepted my stupidity and loss shortly after but lo and behold, the shoes were delivered yesterday, the 29th of May! 5-month delivery has got to be a record. They're a size too small but I'm not even mad, it's kind of amazing. Order your Christmas gifts now people! xD

DO NOT buy anything off this company they are a scam & have taken my money & when my dispute was escalated thru PayPal Trendidol pretended it was delayed at Customs after 6 weeks but no goods received & they can’t even provide a tracking number & documentation

Total scam. I am distraught that I was stupid enough to order from this company without checking them out first. Would anybody know if there is any way I can get my money back? I didn’t pay through PayPal I just checked out as a guest and paid with my debit card.

I ordered the Eva trench coat on 5th April now going onto 7 weeks later have sent 2 emails and received absolutely no reply, or no trench coat, although the money was taken from me immediately. Will be looking into this further as I am not into handing my money away for nothing. Not impressed at all!

Yet to receive the jacket I ordered a couple of months ago. Do not order through them.

They are swindlers. They take your money and never reply to any further correspondence. I'm starting a visa dispute to reclaim the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Trendidol are a big scam and have been reported for thieving from consumers so I find it incredibly irritating to still find these parasites on my facebook. Surely facebook have some duty of care to its members but apparently not.

Absolute waste of time. I placed an order over a month ago for a jacket. Ironically, this jacket is still appearing regularly on FB. To date, I am still yet to receive my order nor have I had any confirmation that the order has even been dispatched. I have now sent a total of 6 follow up emails to this company and have not had a reply to one. Very disappointed and will make sure I tell everyone I know never to deal with Trendidol. It is absolute theft and they should be sent to jail.

Do not buy from them , they are scammers, they don’t reply to any of your enquirers once you’ve purchased

I ordered a coat over a month ago and still haven't received it. I found the same coat $100 cheaper on WISH. I have sent multiple emails, through their site and in reply to the email they sent after the order and they have ignored them all. I also noticed that the photos in the review sections were of the same people in the same room multiple times with different names. Their return address is just a persons first name and an address in Israel.That all screams scam. I am reporting them to the ACCC and getting my money back from paypal.

Just like all the other reviews, i ordered something and never received my items and my emails were ignored.

This company is a scam .. ordered a jacket and never received a confirmation and all emails get rejected by the server.. SCAM.. SCAM ..SCAM company... 💩💩💩💩💩

Do not shop there! No delivery after 3 months no reply to emails or messages on their facebook page Gothic and proud! Utter scam. Ignorant, bad customer service! They didn't even respond when threatened with trading standards or court!

Zero! No response to emails. I wish l had used paypal to claim back my money! Its a total SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The facebook page Gothic and Proud are where l found Trendinol... do not like that page! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! 18th January 2018 l ordered a cardi... still NOTHING its the 30th March now. 😠😠😠😠😠😠 **** 02/05/18 still no response to e-mails and no refund!
