I could not access the tracking and additional information was vague.
Items were eventuallly received. Please increase the star rating to 4. Thank you.

Absolute trash, -5 stars
If I could give -5 stars I would. After waiting for a month for the order to arrive, I asked for an update to which I got a response that my order was ‘lost in transit’. Which seeing the reviews here is a total lie. Then they offered to cancel the order and I did. And after waiting for another week for my refund, they still haven’t returned my money. I mailed them again and, pretty convenient, they aren’t responding anymore. Even though when I emailed them the last two times about the order, they responded within 10 minutes. Don’t buy here, people!!! They’re just out to scam people and the stuff they offer probably don’t even exist

After many emails back and forth and 6 weeks of trying to find where my item had gone, although it said delivered well before Christmas, it did not arrive. I finally gave up and put in many complaints to various outlets here in Canada. A few weeks later, early January, the item appeared at my door. I love it, but far to much hassle due to poor carrier choice.

Ordered the product, never received it. Upon enquiring, they are no longer able to provide it. I was told a refund would be issued to my card. After weeks waiting for this refund, I was told to use VISA to dispute the charge in order to receive my credit as they had an issue with their accounting software.
