Placed order number TD10545878 of a melodic drum on 20/07/2024 with estimated delivery date 26 or 27/07/2024. Today is 04/08/2024 and I haven't received it. Checked order through app, it hasn't even been shippeed yet!
Absolute scam.
Made two orders last week of January with a shipping promise of a few days. It's almost March and nothing was shipped!
When I sent them an email to issue a refund they ignore it.
Unfortunately, paid with iDEAL so I cannot charge back. I have no option but issue a police report for fraud.
Update: It is almost May with no update on the order or refund!
I received a bottle warmer, but there is no contact with the company. I did not receive any confirmation of sending the parcel, which arrived after a week. I want to return the warmer because, despite the adapters, it does not fit my bottles, of course, according to the regulations, I have to buy a return sticker, I sent an e-mail and of course there is no response again. Why aren't you replying to the email?
Customer service does not reply. I placed the order 6 days ago and the website shows it was only confirmed but not shipped yet. Their own shipping policy guarantee orders shipment within 24-48 hours after the order was placed. I see I am not the only one unsatisfied, and wish I saw these comments before spending any money. I am going to look if there is a body in the Netherlands to report this scam and will write another review with those info here.
I ordered one bottle warmer a month ago and I haven’t received any information about my item. I don’t know if this is a scam I really hope it’s not. I really need an item like this to be able to go out when our baby arrives. I’m still waiting. I’ll update my stars if I get my item.
