I order a bed for one week ago and we are moving out of Sweden. So we tried to contact Trendrum.se and ask them. Can you please cancel the order or send order Direkte to our home address? Because we don't have car. So they reply with it. We will charge you 769 svk for cancel the order.. which is not even send yet ...its cheating
I have read other people's review and most of them are very unhappy with their customer service.

I bought a tv bord, which after assembly had a lot of defects. They claim it's my fault and I assembled it incorrectly. They completely ignored the defects, which couldn't have been my fault, like misaligned holes and plates. Avoid at all costs, it would never have happened with IKEA or even Jysk furniture. If there is anything wrong, you'll be on your own and you'll end up with the garbage they send you.

Scam company that never delivers. 1 month has passed, despite "2-6 days delivery". Customer service says that they will send the products soon, but stops answering when this does not happen. S

Normally I would not bother to write to you, but I've just had such a bad experience, that I feel there needs to be a report on this.

I just had my two chairs delivered by an annoyed, east European with broken English; this is in the nordic countries, mind you.
He was complaining that he had been here both Wednesday and Thursday to deliver; why he was expecting anyone to be home
Wednesday and Thursday noon, early noon is beyond me. I had no reason to believe a delivery would be taken place, as I had received
no such information. Besides that, I don't know how he would have delivered them anyhow, as he was refusing to even touch the
package or be helpful in anyway with moving it. Not to mention life it off the pallet, because - "I'm only a driver", as said.
He claim "it is heavy". Which I quickly found to be a blatant lie, as I could life it by myself. He hadn't even touched it.
By the way, I noticed it wasn't even secured to the pallet, but only, irresponsibly, lying loosely on top.

Luckily, I was home this Friday, but I normally wouldn't have been this early. Also, luckily. I bought something light, cause there was nothing
but a not-my-problem shrug from him, at any request for reasonable help.

If I had been feeble or the box heavy, it would be still be standing out on the street for anyone to steal.

Now, this is just unacceptable delivery service. Zero stars are given for that, much like zero though has gone into how you deliver what people are buying.

At the time of order the website states, product is available in warehouse (4-7 days delivery).
The day after placing the order, delivery time is updated to 3-5 weeks.
From then deliverytime is updated every couple of weeks. Each time adding a couple of weeks.
We are currently at 19 to 20 weeks delivery and I'm cancelling my order.

At no point is this informed. You have to sign in to their website, find your order and check for your self.

I ordered 2 chairs both of them came broken and damaged. The most disappointing order i have ever received. I have sent my complaint and await for a response from them. I will escalate the issue in case the firma will not refund the money or send good quality chairs.

I bought a marble table from this website, and it was a total disaster. The delivery had no communication, and the table arrived smashed. They expected me to return a 100+ kg broken table from the third floor. I got a refund eventually, but it took a ton of my time and energy. Stay away from this website!

They never sent my order and the money is blocked.

I ordered 2 barstools and 1 table.
The good: The furniture is well made and good quality.
The bad: it took more than 20 weeks to recieve all goods.
The ugly: the company takes a long time to respond when it somes to emails, impossible to reach by phone.
