Scammed the item is nothing like itt

If i could give this company a 0 I would. They are scamming people. You order something they make up false tracking number and false places you item has moved to then you get a text it will be delivered the next day which never comes. They give you a message that says your item in undeliverable because address isn't right then they want you to send your information again when they should have all that in their system. I have asked multiple times over the past month to get my full refund back. They refuse. Stay away from these scammed warning warning because you'll never get your money or item. I am now filling a police report and a complaint with the attorney general and the better business bureau so they are all aware of this company. I wanted to add this also. This trend delight company is still telling me that its undeliverable well yesterday they sent me a picture of my package with my name address City state zip and everything is right on the info. I told them I now have proof of my package to add to my police report that they say is not an address. But now they have scrubbed that from my email conversations. Thank goodness I took a picture of what they sent me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

These scum should be hunted down and charged....absolutely blatant con.

Unfortunately the reviews are correct, this is a scam site. I bought a shuffleboard game and when it arrived it was a cloth in which bore no resemblance to the picture on the advert. There are no refunds, they ask you to send it back to China, but no one is doing that. They took me for £27, lesson learned

This is a terrible company, I wish I'd read the reviews before I had ordered , I now know that I will not be getting my order and no hope of a refund. This firm should not be trading

I'd like to join the chorus of negative customer service reviews. I ordered a set of 2 LED battery-powered closet lights, which worked satisfactorily, so I ordered a second set, which didn't (batteries wouldn't hold a charge). Total cost about $60 per set.

Customer service (which may have been AI) said I had to provide a picture of them not holding a charge (impossible to do, of course) or video (which would have required charging them, turning them on, and sitting there with a timer til they went out . . . .).

When I pointed those things out, they said that under their protocols they needed a picture to prove no damage in transit, which I sent, demonstrating none.

Then I was offered to either (i) buy a different product or size at a 50% discount - in other words, put up more money for something I didn't want that perhaps wouldn't work, or (ii) accept a partial refund of 20% of what I paid for their product that didn't work.

When I pointed out how ridiculous that was, the refund offer was increased to 25%!!!!

I told them I'd seen that 53 out of 54 reviews on Trust Pilot were negative, and I'd rather write the 54th negative one.

Disgraceful. All to scam me out of $60.

Thought I'd made a mistake ordering after reading the reviews here but a little trinket gift i ordered via pintrest, in a moment of impulse, arrived with no issue and is quite good quality. It was overpriced for what it is, but nevertheless there was no hassle with the order and it's as described!

Your advertisement said the rod would be easy it can stretch from one end of a closet to the other end of a closet. The two I ordered don't even measure my My height which is 5 "5", 1 measures across my back, that's how wide it is. it turned out to be a piece of junk, it's nothing like the video shown for your advertisement. Such a rip off, the video makes it seem like it's going to stretch at least 140 inches from wall to wall covering a closet. A SHAM, A SHAM, A SHAM. Trend Delight DOESN'T DESERVE 1 STAR I receive the product TODAY NOVEMBER THE 24TH 2025 AND I WILL BE SENDING IT BACK NOVEMBER THE 25TH 2025. ONCE AGAIN THE VIDEO SHOWED YOU COULD STRETCH THE ROD FROM ONE WALL TO ANOTHER WALL OF A LONG CLOSET, AND THE 2 , I GOT ARE NO LONGER THAN MY 1 THROWING BATON,( A BATON THAT CHEERLEADERS USE) if I were to lay one rod on the floor, putting my shoe one in front of the other it doesn't even measure my two shoes and my shoe size is nine and a half. If I could rate this company and its products 0 stars I would. I bought Iris Ink eye drops. The product did absolutely nothing! I let a couple of friends try it just to make sure it wasn't just me. Now I have to say that I was very skeptical, but I was curious and they did say they had a 100% money back guarantee. However, in order to get a refund you have to ship the product back to China at your own cost or they will refund you 20%. When I checked the shipping cost it was going to be about 70% of what I paid for the item. I'm going to take the 20% and give bad reviews anywhere I find them on the internet. Oh yeah, and their customer service is practically non-existent. This company is a total scam!!

They are very untruthful about the return policy I sent my information that they said they didn't have five times and they never responded and I never got my money back it was way too big for me but it didn't matter to them please do not order from this company

I returned a hair piece looked nothing like advertised and sent proof of return from the post office. However it wasnt a tracked return I have never recieved a refund . They say unable to track . Absolute scam of a company avoid avoid

I purchased one item and was sent and charged for five items. This is a scam. They are out of China and do not accept returns or insist I pay for return shipping. ( Basically the same thing). This is a deliberate attempt to mislead consumers and gain additional money. Never, ever, ever buy from this company.

The worst customer service ever. I did not receive an item with my order and they would not refund my money. Insisted that I prove it (how can you prove a negative?). On top of that, the products are way overpriced.

Received my order; pair of sandals. Quality is terrible. Item is cheaply made. Nothing like the picture advertised. Wanted to return but return policy excludes shoes.

My products were never delivered and they just keep emailing me fake bot like messages asking me to confirm my address but I did multiple times. The tracking delivery states it was deliver in another state! I cannot get a hold of any real person, just bot messages

Horrible, cheap product. I spent $30 on the 4D eyebrow stamp. I received a tiny brushes, thin and flimsy. Can't get a refund. I should have checked the reviews first. Don't order anything from them, it's a scam!!!!

It was rubbish it didnt do what it showed on their video showing it used on there eyebrows

I ordered a nail set, doesnt matter if you "cure them, if you can call it that with that crappy light, they come straight off. Total waste of money.
