I placed an order on April 26 but never received an email confirmation of it, so I was in doubt if it had even gone through. I contacted them several times by email and also tried to reach them by phone in Spain, all without any response at all.
Update: 3 weeks later, my order has arrived and email contact was established. The communication failure was some kind of glitch. They were even so good as to offer me 25% off on a future purchase. So all's well.

I hardly ever write reviews, but Trendsplant has truly earned it. Unfortunately, my product had a manufacturing defect, but Juan and Lidia handled everything with outstanding care and professionalism. Their customer service was quick, fair, and truly excellent.

Although the item I purchased had a slight delay, I got frequent updates and was promptly offered alternatives or money back. Customer service was really great.

I had an issue with a quite new cap. When i reached to the customer service they‘ve sent me a new one and asked me to send the old one back in their costa for investigating the reason for my problem and to improve their product. Juan even asked me some weeks later if everything went fine and if i‘m satisfied with the product.

I just added 2 pair of Trendsplant Climber pants to the collection (after wearing 1 pair for already a year), and they are my absolutely favorite pants, great fit & quality. In overall just a beautiful brand with a solid philosophy towards durability/sustainability and nature, and a big plus is the extra contribution to the Elephant wildlife sanctuary (those who care, share! Are my kind of people) Great & friendly customer service as well, keep up the good work guys. Cheers from the Netherlands

Good quality, delivery was perfect

The pullover and sweatpants are undoubtedly the softest things ever! However, the pants run SHORT. The AI tool for suggesting size is also not accurate, despite giving specific details of weight and height. I think the company could benefit from giving more than just hip measurements for sizing. I had free shipping on the order (over €150), but since I have to return the pants, I have to deduct shipping costs (€15) from my refund.

Excellent product backed up with customer service which is rare in this day and age. The young girl in the shop was fantastic to deal with, and the online response after i wrongly ordered the incorrect size was exemplary... easy and straight forward and so polite and friendly.
