Never disappoints
Kerry always knocks it out of the park with her designs and customer service. I was torn between two colours options, with no photo on the website for one of them, but she offered to take one to show what it would look like (I'm incapable of picturing something that I can't see). I was expecting a delay over the Easter weekend but received it in less than a week (which is excellent for a small business, particularly when handmade, we need to move away from thinking next day delivery is normal and achievable by everyone). Just the latest in one of many purchases, and also a subscriber to the quarterly boxes which are always great too.

I absolutely love Trend Tonic
I absolutely love Trend Tonic! I have issues with my ears which make wearing earrings very difficult but the cork studs are amazing! They are so light that I forget I'm wearing them, I can even sleep in them. Delivery is super quick considering everything is handmade to the highest standards and customer service is superb!

Good and Bad
Ordered 2 things. 1 arrived, pleased with the earrings. But 2nd item never arrived, I had to chase up after 2 weeks. Refund and apology given but made the whole experience tainted.
