I ordered a DIY model bicycle which arrived fully assembled and was broken. It was not in correct packaging, just a piece of bubble wrap. Not in presentation box as per video. Ad showed that the bike came with a pump for tyres and a stand. These were also not received. In fact the tyres were solid plastic. The brake lever also did not move as per video. When I reported that the bike arrived broken, I was told by Ahmad that I would receive a refund. This did not happen despite several emails. Ad was misleading and I was very disappointed with my broken item. The company did not stand by their customer satisfaction guarantee.

I would give this company a zero they are a fake company if you order something you actually receive something but it’s nothing what you thought it was just so that when you asked for a refund they have a way of talking to the credit card company and says that you still have their item. Mean while it’s not what you ordered it’s not even close to what you ordered. It’s all a fake scam. The company will never respond back to you and they get away with stealing your hard earned money. Shame on the Credit Companies who allow this to keep happening. I’m out $429.95 on what I thought was like the website photos of privacy accordion fence with ivy vines but instead got little green plastic squares 🤦🏻‍♀️ Scam artist don’t use them!!!!

I ordered 4 products from this site. At first I was afraid that they would deceive me. My products arrived very quickly and without damage. I recommend it to everyone, thanks Trendvibex ❤

This is SCAM site and they do not deliver the products that you order. I bought a luxury car mats that they never delivered. Also I sent many emails and some Ahmad replied they will refund me but never get refund and they stopped answering my emails. I kept sending emails but they have not replied to my responses and not refunding my money. Please never buy from this scam site.

This is a fraud site and they do not deliver the products that you order. I bought a herbal oil that can remove blemishes for $21.99 and also created an account to track my order. My account was deleted so I couldn’t track the order. Also I sent email and some Ahmad replied with tracking link saying it delivered but I never received my order. I kept sending emails but they have not replied to my responses and not refunding my money. Please never buy from this scam site.

Definitely an online store that I would recommend to everyone. I ordered 4 items. All arrived earlier than expected.
