Next day delivery arrived 3 working days later

I paid £10 on Sunday evening for next day delivery. The tracked postage said it was despatched Tuesday morning. It arrived on Thursday. Given that it was traceable I'm disappointed you have not been in touch about this. I'm even more disappointed you have not responded to my text message on Tuesday asking about London stockists.
The packaging and product quality saved you from a 1-star rating but I would appreciate a refund of what I paid for premium postage.

A very helpful Karim

After Royal Mail lost my parcel, which never arrived, Karim did everything he could to send me a similar item on the shortest time possible. He was very communicative and extremely helpful. Many thanks Karim.

Hello dear, I am so sorry for the breakdown in communication. We suffered a tragic sudden loss and had to close the business as we attended much needed tasks. I am sorry to learn that Royal Mail failed to deliver your item to you, an addtional factor was your order was placed on Amazon.co.uk not our website www.trendydivas.co.uk. This also had an impact on our communication as we had closed our Amazon seller account during this period and emails were not being transmitted to us . I have submitted a lost item claim against Royal Mail to establish what went wrong. I have sent you a number of emails on Amazon.co.uk without any response. Please if you have a moment to reply it would mean the world to us.

Thank you for these beautiful pleated velvet trousers... they are perfect. Loved the personal letter enclosed with the receipt and that you do want everyone to have a positive experience with your small company. Will recommend and shop with you again.

Lovely shop!

I am so glad I found this shop! The skirts are absolutely beautiful, well made and reasonably priced. The interaction I have had with Maureen has always been very positive and she has always responded quickly to any query. I look forward to shopping again - don’t forget to tell me when the blue lace is back in stock Maureen!
