Worst flooring company. I do not recommend to anyone. We got the high quality vinyl floors. It has warranty got only a year ago. Came to fix 2 times. Floor is already ripping off and breaking, called and left text messages several time and no call returns and not answering. Do your research before hiring these people. It’s better to spend little more money than to go with them. Although we were told it’s the best quality vinyl floor it was pretty costly but apparently it’s not good the floor is coming off and breaking.

Worst customer service EVER. Don't be fooled, the Showroom looks good and the young women on the front desk are nice. But be warned you'll be ripped off they add loads of extras into the quotes, and try and make it confusing. The quality is dreadful. The team on it were slow and uncommunicative. Honesty, they left gaps, glue everywhere, thresholds unglued and massive gaps where they should have sealed. When we complained the Owner who is very rude and aggressive just argued, said we were wrong and it was all our fault.

I have to the showroom twice and thought the second time might be a better experience but unfortunately not.
It is a nice showroom but is not customer friendly.
There are lots of samples but no descriptions or prices.
The sale staff are non existent and do not know prices descriptions etc. Everything has to be looked up online.
So you are left alone to look at wood without knowing description or prices so it is a waste of time.
I wanted to buy wood flooring for the whole house circa cost £7600 but had to walk out as I was wasting my time.
The Management need to have less display show which is stock, describe it and put the cost of each item on it !
They will get more business that way.

Bought some LVT flooring for the hall. After the flooring was installed I noticed a repeating flaw in the design pattern. It looks like a scratch but it’s not as it’s repeated in multiple locations. I emailed them nearly a year ago and I’ve had no response. I’ve been busy so now I’m trying to get on top of it again and found a telephone number online that just cuts you off after saying that someone will be with you shortly. There has been no response from this company so far and the quality is inferior.

Terrible experience. Emailed 5 times saying this order needed to be canceled straight after buying as I bought the wrong coloured tile by accident. Have heard nothing back and I haven't even received it. But they got the money. And that's all that matters to them. Cause customer service sure doesn't.

Although they sell nice flooring and delivery was prompt, we got damaged laminate pieces (which I don't hold them responsible for) and it's been a nightmare trying to contact them to arrange a replacement.

Their Website contact form doesn't work, their phone number cuts you off after a short introductory automated message and my email hasn't been answered - how on earth does anyone exercise their statutory consumer rights???

Really frustrated and regretting buying from them in first place.

Don’t deliver, take your money. Don’t answer customer service number or reply to emails. Had to get my back to retrieve my money back. Beware!!

Very bad service no one picks up the phone was on hold for 2 hrs and then it cuts off was trying to contact them for over a week bad had no luck then I emailed them still had no reply

2 weeks on from my last review and still not answering the phone or responding to my emails but received an email from them asking me to rate them on here!!

What horrible costumer service!!! Not answering emails or phone at all. I made an order online and got an email confirmation regarding the purchase. However, no updates on delivery date or any sign that the item will be sent soon etc. I'm now dreading that I paid for nothing!!! or that this is a scam website!

Update - I have sent even more emails and called the company on the phone, but still no response from them and no updates about my delivery - did not get it STILL!!!

Placed an order, received an automated reply saying order received, after a week tried to contact them for an update sent 3 emails tried phoning but just get repeting vm, had no responce. Delivery appeared after 3 weeks. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.

Purchased flooring from here, tried getting in touch via phone and email to no avail to see when delivery would be, they finally contacted me a few days later, when it was delivered I didn’t like the colour, I tried phoning but no answer, so emailed them to ask if I could return them and swap for another colour, I also required another box to allow for waste, they never bothered contacting me back, I ended up laying the floor and getting the extra box from elsewhere 👎

Only received part order 2 weeks ago and the invoice was from another company. 45 mins on hold every day trying to chase, no one ever answers or replies to emails. Message link on website also not working
