A very bad experience; I do not recommend dealing with this seller (Kiabi). I returned my complete order (two products), but they refused to refund my money, claiming the product was incomplete. The error clearly occurred with them or the shipping company (Logistiq). The seller is evading responsibility and seems dishonest. Beware! Trandol's service was also extremely disappointing, as they offered no real support or intervention to solve the issue or guarantee my rights despite their promises to follow up on shipments. The service entirely lacks professionalism and credibility. Instead of helping me get my rights back, they ignored the problem and contributed to my loss. I absolutely do not recommend relying on them for shopping

Trendyol is forcing me to keep items. My order was sent in several packages and I was waiting for the last one to arrive in order to compare. Due to this it was 18days instead of 15 days for creating a return and term from Trendyol kept referring to the policy worst customer service ever!

Trendyol has the worst Logistics and Customer Service representation in UAE. They simply give coupon for their mistake and incompetence so that we are compelled to make more purchase from them. By they have no Hotline or any faster mode of communication. I place an order for 3 items but none has been fulfilled. They don't transfer the full amount, give no exact information on the delivery and refund. What are people who have done the payment supposed to do.

My order arrived incomplete, and the delivery was delayed by more than a week with no proper explanation. On top of that, one of the items I received was completely different from what I ordered.
This shows a lack of accuracy, poor quality control, and weak customer service.
Overall, a very bad experience. I will not use this app again and do not recommend it.
Bad UI
Generally a good platform for purchasing goods, only very negative thing would be the UI design of the website and the mobile app. Everything seems to be so complicated and never been abla to find what I'm looking for, overall not bad I'd say.
Delivery partner IMiles and Trendyol
I had ordered some items from Trendyol about three weeks ago, and I got and update for them saying your part delivery has arrived, and I received a message from Imiles their delivery partner with the delivery dates.. the package was received all items we good..
When I checked the email they mentioned the deliver date for the shipment which was pending as 14th December.. after which I started receiving message after message from Their delivery partner IMiles mentioning the delivery dates and their delivery associate were messaging me every day saying your delivery will be delivered today, and till date I have not yet received it, I got n touch with Trendyol customer service and complained about it, and they said they will look into this but till date have not received an email from Trendyol and I have no clue where is the package.
I especially ordered this item as Christmas gift for my family, and now I'm stuck...
As for me their delivery partner IMILES have a contact number but its always switched off, so you can't get in touch with them...
This is by far the best worst service from Trendyol and their delivery partner IMiles...

I paid by card and canceled the purchase within 10 minutes, realizing the item wasn't suitable.
They said the item would be shipped anyway and I shouldn't pick it up. Which is incredibly stupid! The item was ordered 10 minutes ago, and no action was taken to ship it.
Nevertheless, the item was shipped within 5 days and should have reached me, but it never arrived. It was turned back at the shipping company's warehouse and returned to the supplier on November 7, 2025. And that's it. I still don't know if they picked it up or if it got lost. Trendoil isn't refunding my money. Customer support says it'll take 2-10 days, but they've been saying it for three months now. Beware. Fraudulent company!

Delivery delay is a major challenge

If you're after this quality, I would prefer to order them from the Chinese, where the prices will be at least 3 times lower than here. Another disadvantage is that you can't choose your delivery method. I would be happy if they thought about and worked on this issue.

I am never ordering from them again! They collaborate with the worst courrier company (they deliver the same order split in 3...for 1/3 they can deliver it, for 2/3 and 3/3 the address suddenly becomes "incomplete"!! How incompetent can they be?!!) The Trendyol assistant is even worse, I think they are replaced with robots, for days they did nothing to help and just waited for the products to be returned to sender WHEN I CLEARLY SPECIFIED I WANTED THE PRODUCTS, NOT THE REFUND!
