I ordered a pair of shoes on June 14, 2025. It is now July 16, 2025 and not only have I not received the shoes, but I haven't even received an update about what is going on. Would not trust this seller.
I ordered a pair of shoes, the wrong size was sent and they made it right immediately and was easy to communicate with.
Shipping went well, received the item within one week of purchase. Shoes and pictures are of authentic Nike SBs, received an obvious fake.

They sent me a warped pair with glue showing everywhere wrong laces and wrong color tongue as soon as I opened it out the box. I contacted them and they said we are sorry to hear please send pics so I did. Now I get a email that they regret to inform me that the shoes look to have been worn and can't return them! I said I just opened the box and this is what you sent. Promised authentic and its obviously a fake with crappy work. So I guess I'm going to have to take this further since they have more morals or sense of respect for customers as a company. As soon as I got home I was excited then I open up a damaged box first then all the rest. They are saying i wore them with dirt and sand and i just opened them and don't live by sand at all.

I ordered a pair Jordan cap and gown and received them. The quality is great! Although I may have ordered the wrong size, customer service replace. All I have cover is the small shipping fee. As soon as I receive the link for shipping I know my shoes will on the way. Excellent service and quality. I am pleased with the service so far.

Buyer be aware. This site is selling counterfeited Nike merchandise using predatory practices.
If you try returning their counterfeited / fake Nike product be ready to pay over $300 in shipment cost to send it from the USA to Vietnam. The return shipment is cost prohibitive. There is no phone number to call, just meaningless, emails with empty promises.
Once again - stay away. They sell fake Nike products which you will not be able to return.
