Zip hoodie
I bought a zip hoodie for my boy to wearing at school. The delivery comes really fast and the quality of the hoodie is so good. ( very comfy and thick made ) however, the zip is faulty so can’t zip up or down. Contacted the customer services by email and response straight away and offer the replacement one. I think I am just kind of unlucky this time but the hoodie and the service are excellent.
