I ordered the three outfits on November Eighteen, I never received it,

Ordered Porsche slippers look nothing like the advert, sent email no response, sent message via website, I will see if any response but doubt it.
Cheap rubbish arrived in a tied up bag, squashed product and shockingly made.
I will contact my credit card for assistance to get money refunded.
Do not use!

Do not buy anything from this Dodgy company.

Bought drone with bag andextra batteries.
Received drone but looked like a item that had been returned. Box damaged. No extra batteries no bag.
Feel stupid for not checking before buying. Received no answer to three emails.

Scam. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a battery case for my iPhone and was sent a generic phone cover. No response from customer service.

Beware of them! Scammers! I ordered an LED Knight Display Backpack, and instead, they sent me a small Chinese side bag that had nothing to do with what I ordered. When I wanted to return it and get a refund, they ignored my emails. I didn't get anything back!

Unfortunately, I only saw later on Trustpilot that these are scammers, and many others have had the same experience as me!

Wrong item sent. expecting to send the item back at my expense to china. Not a UK company. seen the item i ordered for four time the price charged by this company. no wonder they sent a cheaper item

I ordered 2 of the cloud Hubz on December 17. 2022. Was going to use them for Christmas presents. My credit card was charged on December 17, 2022. I have not received my items yet and todays date is April 7, 2023. I have reached out to the company numerous times via an email as there is no phone number to call. I still have not heard anything from anybody. SCAM!!

Worse company I have ever bought from. Item only lasted 2 months and they just ignore my emails. Do not purchase from them.

don't ever buy stuff from this company, they will sent you the faulty product and ignored you afterward. or asking you return the parcel back to china . according to others.

I have purchased a power bank , it doesn't worked also with awful quality .

14 days ago orders an IPhone case. Item states shipping but no tracking number have emailed customer service but no response yet. Website states 3-5 working days for delivery.

SCAM. Ordered an item 3 months ago. No sign of it. No tracking info that works. The odd response to email asking me to wait. Asked for refund and cancellation, no response! Do something else with your money and time. CRIMINAL

Don’t use to purchase takes a long time for deliveries & customer care nightmare to receive answer to anything buy elsewhere

Order atleast 10 months in advance and if you are lucky, you would receive it . Even if it did, you would most likely return it .

Bad experience

Awful company, they advertised 3 to 5 days to deliver a phone case but Day 9 tomorrow and no sign of anything. The tracking app had not been updated since Saturday at 3am and tonight is the following Tuesday at just before 8pm. Contacted customer service but no positive response or any effort to resolve or help. They have a .co.uk web address but this is not a UK company it seems. AVOID!

Ordered in December, still not arrived. Have emailed them and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

Do not order from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I did. So glad my order was only for a small amount. Package never arrived all tracking information was a complete waste of time.DO NOT USE.
