I was surprised with great teste, usually this kind of product doesn't have quality ingredients, but this is Good 👍

Have been buying every week for over a year and the quality of food has decreased substantially to the point where I am stopping to to order. I used to love the meals and now the recipes in the last 2 orders are so different from what they used to be ( I buy same meals every week).

I'm actually really happy with your service and meals! They are tasty and are working well for me. Tastier than the other food delivery I've tried like Hello Fresh (I know it's a different thing). Anyway just wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying the meals and how easy they have made my life.

First time ordering food and it was delicious ngl I’m going to order more.

The food was pretty good. The best of all is the meat, tastes like it is really good quality meat.

Have tried something else similar, but the quality of the delivery, food and customer service is absolutely incredible. The food itself is 10/10. I chose the weight loss medium. Highly recommended! Greetings from a satisfied customer.

Amazing food and good size of portions per meal

Good food. Ordered a «muscle gain»package of random 18 meals. All were different, so each time it was interesting to taste something new. Maybe its not very cheap, but if you calculate your time for shopping, cooking 18 different meals, then sorting and packing.. I better choose to order from Tren og Mat.

I did not want to write a review til getting the full process, but now I'm ready to write about it.
The website has impressively all the info, I was wondering about the "abonnement" but when you order then you see that.

The simple questions and answers page has all on point!
I liked the prices and so I did my first buy.

The food experience is good, with very clear simple instructions, the only thing is I added salt and an extra spice (own salsa) when needed, the food feels fresh and is tasty.

it covered me the whole month as I had foreseen!
Today I'm on my second monthly order and I think that I most likely be a regular this will help me a lot in my busy schedule/life and will help me to avoid poor nutritious food during the week.

The packaging was outstanding too, very well packed,
It was delivered in the evening after working hours as I required because at day time it is very difficult to be home to receive the package unless I give the instruction to deliver to my work. I might try that one day!
The person who kindly delivered the package knows what service-minded means.
So, again...as a whole, excellent, I'm a happy, satisfied customer!

I tried the 18 pack. Here are some thoughts and overall impression:

1) It definitely does save time. It's microwave food after all. Heat it up and eat, so overall, it is what one would expect.

2) Food taste and quality: I cannot speak for the quality of the ingredients for microwave food, but it could definitely taste better and have more variety. Most of the dishes had relatively similar consistency and lack of flavour. They weren't bad, they were just incredibly dull. A significant issue with the dishes is the near complete lack of anything green. Maybe this is just the pack they sent us, but still, caveat emptor : food looks nothing like the photos on the website, and the taste leaves much to be desired.

3) Pricing: for the price (+delivery) and the quantity, this is definitely on the expensive side of things.

4) Delivery: worked well, no issues.

Overall impression: While it does save time, like any frozen dinner, I won't be trying them again. It might work for some, but it definitely did not work for me. The main reason for this is the taste. If you sample nearly 40% of a brand's dishes, and don't really like it, there is no reason to expect the rest of the dishes will be that different.

On the plus, it does save time, which is a big reason for those of us who don't have a lot of time to cook. It's just that having sampled this, it is undoubtedly a lot easier to just pick up a random salad from the grocery with the same quantity of protein. At least it will cost less.

Nice tasting food with good variety and decent prices. Convenient for a healthy busy lifestyle.

Been ordering «Trenogmat» since january 2020. It have made my days sooo much easier then it was before! The food taste delicious and it is quick to warm up the food in the microwave. To keep my body in shape will be no problem from now 💪🏼😁

I have been ordering Trenogmat for over a year now and I must say I am very satisfied! The food packages comes in different sizes and if you choose large you get alot of food to a reasonable price. It tastes good and is easy make. For me it has been a life changing experience due to busy days with lots of work and running around from places to places! I get alot more work done and dont have to think about shopping and making food! 5/5 EASY!
