Survey home buyers report was a standard survey was punctual and checked the house for me the only bad thing was when asked if he would see if the cooker and fire was working he said he would but when asked he said he didn’t and was up to me to have an electrical report . But disappointed what’s the point of these surveys when they either pass the buck and expect you to get another survey done it’s just never ending.

Prompt service. All done within a week. Report was easy to understand, just what we needed. Phoned after relieved report to check all was OK. Really friendly. Highly recommend.

We were impressed with how thorough and detailed the survey was. Great communication with a phone call to go through the report and explain everything in detail.

We used Trent Bridge Surveyors as a local company to conduct a level 3 report on a house we plan to purchase. The team were very helpful in providing an example level 3 report to confirm that it would meet our needs before undertaking the inspection at the property. The inspection of the property was also booked in within a short timescale which we really appreciated. Imtiaz phone me shortly after finishing his review of the property to provide the highlights of what he found and explained the possible causes of the issues. The full report was uploaded within 3 working days to the online portal and was easy to digest and clear in the recommendations put forward.

The surveyor was the best I've ever experienced, he was very through and even took the time to go through the report with me in person which I really appreciated so that I could fully understand everything flagged in the report. The surveyor was able to survey the property relatively quickly and he really took his time surveying the property and Iwould definitely recommend and use again.
