Trentside Joinery 

Wow had my table delivered today LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I was a little hesitant buying something I could not go an see and look around but the dining table and bench that I ordered it absolutely beautifully made. Craig was there when I had questions an even advised me on a few things ie measurements as I was thinking of a smaller table. Anybody out there have no fear ordering from Trentside Furniture it is stunning furniture now thinking about ordering a sideboard. Thanks Craig.

Nice product and service/delivery. However chair legs leave black markings on pvc floor and protective plastic leg covers get moved all time or already have broken!! Will need more durable and no marking material for leg protection

Love our new table and beach set. I requested to change the measurements slightly to a narrower table which wasn’t a problem at all. The dining set is of an amazing quality, it was made and arrived in great time. Would highly recommend

I purchased my unit from Trentside and from star to finish the service was excellent. I changed my mind a few times and they were only too happy to oblige. Even the delivery was spot on. I was informed of a day by Trentside and the driver contacted me the night before with an approximate time and was true to his word. Perfect from start to completion

Fantastic furniture and great service. They contacted us quickly to confirm the order and the courier contacted us to arrange the drop off so we could make sure we were home and provide directions. The table we ordered is great and we'd definitely recommend them!

I wouldnt buy from this supplier again. It was lots of hassle and it took them 3 - 4 weeks to even start making my cabinet from my order date. Ive had so many emails from this company too and even another invoice to say my order was on it way!!!!

Table and benches ordered via Etsy website as there didn’t seem to be a choice to order direct from the manufacturer. I was asked for a phone number to assist courier delivery via Etsy messaging which was not easy to navigate. On dispatch from Trentside furniture, which was a Friday, no one had contacted me to inform me when I could expect delivery. On Monday I received an e mail from the courier with a proposed delivery date which would have been satisfactory. I responded to this 2 hours later. I was informed by the courier via another e mail that it was too late, they didn’t have my contact details (even though I had already provided them to Trentside) and that delivery date was now unavailable already. After about a dozen e mails to the courier and Trentside furniture we finally received our furniture 7 days later. The driver couldn’t find our address and I had to go out around the streets to try and find him. Not the best shopping or delivery experience I’ve ever had, and giving 3 stars is being generous in my opinion. The table is nice enough although both benches and the table have wobbles which need to be cured with jamming bits of paper underneath the legs. The distressed grey finish is attractive but I’m concerned that several cracks have already started appearing on the benches and table. I suppose this is part of the “weathered” or “industrial” look. Obviously £850 doesn’t buy you much these days.
