I had questions before ordering and my emails were responded to quickly and very helpfully. I was able to make a custom order with great ease. Delivery of my table was within the quoted lead time and I’m completely happy with the result. Final assembly was easy and the table looks great.

Really love the table, it's so sturdy and love the little knots and marks which make it unique. It feels sturdy, but the buffers on the bottom of the bench and the table mean that it can be moved around without marking the floor. It was delivered within 7 weeks of ordering and the delivery driver was really helpful and even delivered with hours that worked for us after a night shift - he text in the morning and arrived at 7am so he wouldn't disturb sleep!
However, I didn't realise that we would have to assemble it, which hadn't been mentioned at any point. Was really difficult to get the floating middle piece in, which did cause some damage to the table as it was so tight, so caused some scratches and bits of the wood being scraped off when putting it through. However, once together, the table is beautiful and we love it!

Love my table and benches. Was a bit apprehensive making such a large purchase without actually seeing it first but Craig answered my many questions and this put my mind at rest. I asked for the legs to be set further in to accommodate chairs at each short end and this was no problem. Thank you very much.

Our new table was delivered on the day it was promised. I assembled and now it is in position it looks fantastic.

I really love my table and benches. They are exactly what I wanted and the finish looks and feels great. It took a bit longer than advised to receive them and I did have to chase for updates, but Trentside replied to my emails quickly and the product was definitely worth waiting for. I would order from them again.
