I’ve placed an order back in November…

I’ve placed an order back in November and it is now January and I’ve still not received the order! This company is a scam!! I’ve spoken to someone named Ava via email that said a bunch of LIES! you can’t call the company as the number they list is FAKE. I’m going to be reporting them and reaching out to my bank IMMEDIATELY.

My HONEST review….

I know everyone has different experiences with people, places and/or things. Here’s my honest review… nothing short of amazing! First green flag: I had made a careless mistake with my address (they brought it to my attention by canceling the order and giving me a chance of fixing the issue) and my experience with customer service was great (Ava). Second, I know things are delayed sometimes, I expected it to be late getting here… it arrived WAY earlier. Third and last green flag: the work is BEAUTIFUL. I will be shopping here again.

I like Tres Colori jewelry. I have ordered 4 necklaces for myself and my daughter and they are usually of good quality. However, 2 of them have tarnished really bad without being worn constantly and stored in their satchels. They are past the return period so I am stuck with them.
