Trespass Maidenhead. What a excellent store and very helpful staff! Served by a very helpful lady by the name of Akila. Excellent service.

The folks in Tresspass Southend are always super friendly and helpful. I went I recently to buy some kit for a new adventure and they helped me find just what I was looking for. All good products as well, everything fits and feels great. No sales pressure either.

I visited Trespass Lowry Outlet Centre in Salford today. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me in finding the correct sizes and items I was looking for. Thank you so much Luke and Martin!

My husband went into the Dunfermline store on Friday for new waterproof shoes and the lady was super helpful and very friendly, he was super impressed - Thank You, we will be back.

Harrow Tresspass has a great team. The Manager Zack, introduced me to his team member to assist me. They seem very knowledgeable and are friendly and polite. It is now one of my favorite shops.

Excellent service from Saffie-Jane and Jack at the Penzance shop following problems with a Tresspass jacket.
Saffie-Jane attended to this issue for me and made sure to follow up my enquiry even though she was taking time off from work at the time.
There are several outdoor clothing shops in Penzance and the surrounding area - including one next door. I now have reason to maintain loyalty to Tresspass.

Online order. Placed order easy enough. For Christmas 21 for my in-laws. One of the items didn’t fit, so as they don’t live close to me I suggested going to their local store to get an exchange. Oh but no you cannot do that! Even though I’d sent them a copy of the order & receipt. Trespass wgc were next to useless! No exchanges no refunds, no help given at all! Website not helpful in returning items either! Took me ages to find a Christmas returns policy- buried deep in small print. Disappointing- won’t bother using them again.

went into Maidenhead branch today and was served by two of the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered in a clothing store . Nothing was too much trouble considering I’m a very awkward and indecisive customer lol . Big thanks Akila and Simone for brightening my day and my wardrobe !!!

I went to the Grafton (Cambridge) store a couple of days ago, and was served by Annie. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming, trying her very best to help us find what we wanted, making sure we were given the best service.

For Annie alone, I would give 6 stars.

But a pair of on-sale shoes I saw on the on-sale slot must have been placed wrongly, so that when I checked the price at the till, it was quite a lot more than I understood. So I declined.

But all in all, I enjoyed my time at the store, and thought Tresspass needs to know they have good staff, but needs to find ways to better manage the in-store operation.

I visited Trespass Maidenhead store few weeks before and the store manager Akila was so kind and polite. I am delighted to meet her and would definitely like to visit the store in future. I bought a Gilet from the store and it fits so well. Nice material and i have already recommended few of my colleagues to buy stuff from Trespass. Keep up the good work Akila !!

Bought a coat in the Street Clarks Village Store, probably my favourite coat ever! Unfortunately developed a fault and I really wanted a replacement. The Clarks Village team found one for me in the Barnstaple Store which I happened by coincidence to be visiting a few days later. Popped into the Barnstaple Store, the staff were great, the coat was awaiting my collection, I was more than satisfied with the excellent service received from both Stores.

I ordered a coat in the sale, the fist one was a little small, so I returned asking for an exchange. I was bemused at first as they gave me a refund, in the end it was better as when I re-ordered, it had been reduced further.
Great quality coat and the service was fantastic. WIll use again

Bought online in September 2020 a jacket from Tresspass' own website. The seems inside of both pockets got undone within 5 days after receiving it. Had to saw them as the holes got bigger and bigger, the stiching wasn't well made. The cuffs also started to fray after 4 months of usage. Can't leave comment on Tresspass' website as they didn't send email to leave feedback or to give review on item. Didn't send it back either as I needed the jacket. Basically I paid £55 for a jacket that is falling apart. I would not have expected these faults even of a jacket bought from Primark let alone Tresspass....

I wish I read the reviews first! I ordered two hoodies. Both were advertised at 17.99. I put them in my basket and checked out. When I read my receipt in my inbox, I found I was charged £35.00 for one of the hoodies and £17.00 for the other. I have screen shots of the original prices and what I was actually charged. I’ve contacted trespass no less than 5 times now and I have NEVER gotten a reply. This has been well over a week now. I have never experienced this level of incompetence by any other business I’ve ever used!! I want my money back now and I am seriously thinking about taking this further as it is basically theft!

Edit: I have just received a generic email from tresspass with FAQs written down?! This does not solve my problem!

My daughter placed and order for 2 coats of which only one arrived. We contacted them twice and the eventually refunded her the money.
We returned the second coat and have proof they have the goods back 22/1/21.
In contacted them to ask where my refund was to be told over and over 10days. does not take 10 days to come out of your account.
only way to get my money back is by going through paypal.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The Manager of my local Fowey Trespass store told me how to buy the coat i wanted online as they didn't stock the coat i wanted in the store, really easy to use website and payment very secure online, would buy from Trespass online again in the future.

Ordered Coat only lasted 3 months split at seams . Returned it but customer service very slow to refund money back
