Very poor service. I have a coat and it seems to have a fault which is causing it to let in water. I sent an email to customer services with pictures and got an automated response but no reply. I then chased it 2 further times and emailed the CEO as was getting do reply. I've still not got a reply 3 weeks later.............and I still have the fault coat......

I also tried to contact via Insta but it gives an automated message saying to email the same email no one reponds to

I have to returned waterproof coat I bought for Scotland trip for March, nice coat well made but just front zip was struggled to closed 1 in 3times I was tryed many times at home . Salesperson was very friendly and understanding ( he was very helpful when I bought coat few days ago . I normally don't like returning item I bought also it was bit expensive items so , but I love tresspass brand I own 3 jacket and I will buy another one soon. Happy visiting this store. Store was clean and lots of choice of items !

Purchased an over shirt for holiday. On first use the decorative stitching started to come apart, making the shirt look tatty.
Refund period is only 21 days which will be expired by the time I get back from holiday.

Unpleasant Shopping Experience - Buyer Beware

I recently made a purchase on this online store for a certain amount, only to have my order abruptly canceled days later, citing unavailability of the item in their stock. What adds insult to injury is that upon checking their website again, I discovered they had increased the price of the very item I had attempted to buy, and my size was miraculously available. It appears that they hiked the price after initially promoting it during a warm period of demand, leaving me feeling exploited as a consumer. Beware of potential price manipulations and questionable business practices before considering shopping here.

Jen and Gleb were really helpful today in St Andrews. They both went above and beyond to help me. It was truly 10/10 customer service. They were both very professional and kind. I will be returning to this store and will recommend that others shop here as well. Thanks again Jen And Gleb! Definitely a 5 star service and a lovely experience.

I usually like tresspass clothing. Ordered online and the sizes not accurate I sent them back and had to wait almost a month for a refund their also deducted £3.00 return for each item returned. The communication from them was really bad. I won't be ordering from them online again.

I purchased an item in April which was not used until October as it was a winter item. The item had a flaw in it. However, I had lost the receipt and went to the Aylesbury store more in the hope that they would be helpful. I have to say that both Lorraine (Manager) and her assistant Mandy were brilliant. They quickly and efficiently arranged a replacement for me without fuss. I would also add that their manner and friendliness were so welcome. Well done both of you and thanks

Purchased a pair of walking shoes recommended by staff in Dumfries store. Bought in May 2022. Not used until autumn of 2022. Boots have had minimal wear only for dog walking. Burst and fell to pieces across the front. Contacted customer services with photos and receipt but would not entertain us due to being over 1 year guarantee. Would not entertain this shop again. Would put pictures on but site will not allow. Disgusted!

Called to exchange boots, told no problem went to store to find store did not have the boots, neither styles actually. Got offered another style, was going to take them, tried them on to find 2x different size boots in the box, 20mins later still waiting, told them to refund.
New employee left on his own, who did not know where things were. Not good, there were loadds of people in the shop and he spent 1.5hrs with me trying to sort this out. Employee really tried.

Trespass canceled my order without warning. Stating that customer requested cancellation even though this never happened.
Don't trust them as sale prices are a scam.

Cancelled my order on baby after sitting on my money for a week! They've still not refunded my other monies, and have failed to respond after several ebay messages and emails. UNETHICAL COMPANY

Exactly the same story as other reviews below. I placed an order on their eBay store. The items were heavily discounted and it appears that this was an error. My order was cancelled after 5 days stating that I have requested cancellation. This is a lie! I have never mentioned such a thing. I understand mistakes happen but I have received no comunication from them whatsoever. If they got in touch to explain the matter that would be a different story and I would accept it. However, inventing a lie and blaming it on me was a step too far. I will never purchase a Tresspass item ever again, in store, online or even from a charity shop. They lost my trust completely. What a dishonest business. And btw. this was a binding cotract under English law and thus you broke a law.

Made a large order direct with trespass on eBay. No communication and they cancelled my order with no apology on the day it was due to be delivered. Things go wrong but them sitting on my money for 5 days before refunding just feels like a complete scam. They held my money for nearly a week and didn’t get my kids new coats.

Scam company who are dishonest and do not deserve your hard earned money. Customer care and service non existent.

Trespass have just scammed thousands of customers out of their money by advertising items at low prices without the intention of fulfilling the orders. When I contacted their 'customer service' department I was told there was nothing they could do, but two minutes later I got an order cancellation message and issued a refund. By this time, they have earned interest on my money, and hiked the prices back up. Avoid this seller!

Cancelled eBay order by saying buyer requested order cancelling. This is a blatant lie, I never requested it to be cancelled, I still wanted the items. Would you buy from such an unethical company?

Exemplary customer service from Aliyah at the Woking branch in Wolsey Walk.
I returned a faulty rucksack, and the issue was resolved with minimal fuss, in a friendly apologetic manner.
Despite the bag being faulty I will have no hesitation in shopping there again.

I bought a backpack raincover for travelling from the Bristol broadmead store.
I checked that it would fit on the night before I left, after my bag was fully packed.
The cheap plastic toggle immediately snapped. I'm assuming it was old, stored incorrectly and brittle as I was not rough with it at all. It was reduced in-store so probably old stock. Without the toggle, the raincover does not pull tight around the corners of the backpack and does not fully cover it.
I had no time to get a fully functional replacement and no time to go in-store (I was flying in the morning), so sent a picture of the fault alongside a picture of my receipt. Tresspass support told me they could not issue a refund and that I should travel around for months with a broken raincover in my bag so that I could return it when I get back to the UK (!?!?). So I was sold a shoddy product, which I now have to replace and I feel that my ability to get a refund was intentionally made improbably difficult.
