Sebastian is very caring and professional . His therapy helped me to go in a deep rest state which I was really needing at that moment . I highly recommend his treatment and one great thing he does , is that he can go to your home and make the treatment there :)

I have been seeing Sebastian for clinical hypnotherapy for about 6 weeks so far. I wanted to wok on my low self esteem and confidence, as well as general anxiety. I am blown away by how good I am starting to feel already! The changes have felt so natural and effortless that it took a while for me to really recognise the difference but it has been so powerful. Yesterday, for the first time ever, I overcame my fear for public speaking and taught a class of adult students for 3 hours. As I got ready I kept waiting to the usual feelings of fear to hit me but they simply weren't there! My fear was completely gone. I feel so much more confident and generally happier, and I'm very excited to continue working with Sebastian and see what else I can achieve.

I was rather sceptical at first but was amazed at how powerful the feelings were during the session, and how amazingly grounded and at ease I felt afterwards. I was sent an audio summary of the work he had done and this definitely related to my difficulties in life at present. I now feel more confident about facing my challenges and will make use of another 'distance' reiki session in the near future.

Having had a healing session many years ago, I was recommended a Distant Reiki treatment with Sebastian Adamberry. Having gone through a couple of weeks of stressful projects at work and commencing my fitness classes again after performing them remotely, I was feeling both tense emotionally and physically sore. During the one hour session, in the first part I felt tingling and throbbing in my fingers and hands. Then I felt myself relax even more and processed many of the things I had experienced over the last few weeks, both personal and work related. So I felt that section was more about my emotions than my physicality and I was totally relaxed. In the later part, I began to feel the soreness of my muscles fade and this then materialised into a numbness in the right side of my body, followed by a sense of pins and needles. During the whole time I felt I could concentrate on my breathing, and there were moments that I felt my body was weightless. I would very much like to have another session and will definitely take up the opportunity to visit Sebastian personally in order to see how the experience differs in his presence. All in all just being able to allocate an hour of quiet time proved to be beneficial and knowing that someone was there providing that calming energy definitely helped. Thank you Sebastian.
