Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged, from the looks of it the damage was caused by a forklift. Now I wasn't home at that time but I was on the phone with the driver, I specifically told him we will not take the item due to damages and he should take it back with him as we will not sign anything. He then pressured my partner to sign it anyway. After trying to misinform us that we have to collect the delivery and then arrange a pickup.

I chose Tretti because I tried to avoid…

I chose Tretti because I tried to avoid posten.no as they are delivering unreliable in Oslo. Unfortunately, posten.no was anyway chosen by you. And promptly, the package - a sewing machine of 13kg - was delivered to the wrong super market despite the address on the package being correct, with of course no option at posten.no to reroute or complain, no contact mail address or anything. Thus, most likely not going to buy from you again as you chose to subcontract an unreliable carrier. I will also not chose Tretti again because for this review you are forcing me to create an account

The litle detail that the add on services "carrying and mounting" would take an week was not mentioned more than in the fine print in the terms and conditions.

Excellent value

Excellent value; so much cheaper than the other online sites for our fridge. They handed delivery to a local service who delivered it the day they received it and at the agreed time. Definitely would use tretti.no again.

Bad and slow service

Bad and slow service. Stay away
Bought a new washer/dryer that worked only once. Now displays the error code IE.

Contacted Whiteaway (same exact company as Tretti, just different branding) on a Friday and their response was to simply forward our request to LG on Tuesday the following week... LG now let me know that it will take another 2 days before the service department can book a simple appointment, then it will take about 1 week more before they are here to look at the machine... If the repairman can not repair the machine, it likely it will then take another week before a new machine can arrive.

If a new machine is defect, do not expect a quick solution from WhiteAway, Skaus or Tretti (same exact company, different brands). If i could submit a negative review i would.

I would highly recommend staying away from this supplier and rather order in a normal store instead. LG is also not very helpful in this situation, but is also understandably less able to do much. Except for maybe responding quicker to repair requests.

I have ordered a Philips FC9556/09…

I have ordered a Philips FC9556/09 (FC9556/09) on Orderdatum: 2020-05-01 11:07. with an advertised delay of preliminary 7-14 working days.But they extend it on each week and then to 27-july 2020.So my suggestion do not trust the Tretti.
Bad factors
1 never trust on delivery time
2 bad customer care never pick the phone
3 wrong advertised commitments.
4 No compensation for Tretti's mistake.

Warning - do not hire Tretti

I really want to warn everyone about this company. The customer service is horrible and they will scam you off your money by hiding behind a wall of terms and conditions. If they find a reason not to fulfill their duty, they will keep the money without doing the actual job. The very definition of scamming. Horrible, horrible company. Please be careful. A simple google search will reveal just how bad they are.

Bad customer service

Bought a side by side fridge for NOK 27600.
Found a dent on the side by side fridge the next day and they want to compensate me by giving me a gift voucher of NOK1500 and saying it's a small cosmetic damage. That's a laugh! And they haven't answered me when I said I would like to return it using the 14 days regret policy by law and how to do it. They have yet to reply me after 4 days. Just sent a reminder....still no reply.
Stick with the traditional electronic companies such as Elkjøp or Power. Tretti.no is not a serious company.
