Customer service is always good and they will also come back to you should you ever need to contact them, they keep you updated with your orders and always ship out on time. And the products are amazing. Highly recommend shopping with them

I am a massive fan of this brand- the Cashmere scent is my favourite and use it across my home in the varying forms (candle, wax melt and reed diffuser).
I have purchased online and in-person and have received excellent service on both occasions. This is a brand I will continuously support.

Amazing candles and excellent service. Recently treated myself to one candle but it was out of stock, Angelica got in touch and gave me some recommendations. My candle arrived and it was so good I went on to buy gift sets for my nearest and dearest and another candle for my wife! More expensive than Yankee but smells so much better, sustainable and great to support an independent. Keep up the excellent work!!
