Still haven't received my purchase

I purchased a set feb 2025. As of March there wasn't even notification the item was mailed. Initially they would respond weekly saying the item was delayed. They then created a label to pretend as though my purchase was in the process of being mailed but as of May 2025 I haven't received what I paid for. They are unresponsive on all social media platforms and have scrubbed their comment sections which have people complaining about similar experiences. They have an F on the Better Business Bureau website. They continue to operate their website despite not fulfilling any orders. It is a scam at this juncture do not purchase anything from this website.
