Our sessions were always well structured around any problems I was having due to my treatment. Bought some 1m x 1m tiles.

4 out of 18 tiles turned out to be 980mm in length/width. This left visible gaps in my floor. After numerous phone calls and a few messages I got a response - the response was "this is within tolerance".

The product was advertised with the following text:

"Listed as B grade as there are slight circles showing on the top from underside connecting holes where they would connect. See images.
Structure of tiles are 100% as per the A grade tiles."

Thanks for the follow up call and calling me a joke - overall poor customer service.

There were some problems with a new website / IT system but were handled very well by Joel at TribeActive

Have yet to ship the order or respond to my email asking when it will be shipped.

No mention of stock issue, I chased tribe after a week of no communication after putting the order in, then to be told product is being built. Useless.

High quality set of kettlebells, that feel great to use and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Everything arrived on time and Joel is a legend, quick to respond to questions and make sure I was happy with my order, I will be very likely buy again from Tribe active based on quality of products and customer support.

Tribe Active are a small family run business who provide top quality products along with some of the best customer service you'll find anywhere. Sim went out of his way to answer all of my questions, gave me tons of advice over the course of many days, and even sent me numerous video clips of his products (on top of sending me free samples). I purchased some of their 20mm flecked gym flooring. The product itself is amazing quality, EU manufactured, precision cut, and the most durable of all the products that I looked at from all of the other companies that I contacted (and I looked at a lot of samples!). This stuff is very competitively priced and will last a lifetime! Fantastic products, amazing customer service. If you are after gym flooring (or anything gym related), I'd strongly urge you check out these guys. They are outstanding!

Top tier customer service and amazing product quality. Dealt with Joel and Sim who went above and beyond to recommend the correct products for a complex job. They both provided a range of options, including free samples to help make the choice even easier. The product quality is second to none and I can't recommend their services enough.

Purchased a product from the website to have a phone call a few hours later asking for more money (5%) as the advertised product was priced incorrectly

Everything easy, on time. friendly communication and the dumbell I bought is amazing.

Gym tiles were selected through Google searches. Only one company phoned me to offer help others just relied on their website and one other company responded to contact page. Tribe immediately supplied a sample. Offered advice and talked me through how to lay the flooring. I selected a 1m sq rubber tile with their help. Quality is superb. Finish is great. Delivery was very good. They followed up to check delivery received. Cannot be faulted.

Helpful and efficient, go out of their way to ensure you get what you need then follow up to make sure you are satisfied. What more do you need?

Used Tribe Active a few times and cannot fault the service one bit. I have ordered heavy dumbbells twice online and they arrived up in Scotland next day on both occasions each time with a follow up call to confirm. Will definitely use again and again

I have ordered from Tribe back in 2017 for bumper plates and gym matting, which have all been great. Recently I reached out to them again to source me matching matting which wasn't part of there normal stock, but they still went out the way and sourced this for me, great service.
