Received faulty cuticle nippers

Received faulty cuticle nippers. Tried to contact somebody in customer services 3/4 times over a period of 1 week and still haven’t received a reply. I can’t use the tool and have had clients to do all week.
It says there is a live chat but there is not? There is no number to try to ring. I used the customer form and the email address.
Not happy with the tool or the customer service.

Amazing tools

The only thing I would change is the cuticle pusher to a round oval type but other than that they’re amazing.

Nice tools not great customer service.

Pleased with the product. However, when trying to contact them for tool sharpening their customer service isn’t great. Questions aren’t answered and I’m waiting about 2 weeks now for my tools to be returned to me. I’ve asked the turn around for tool sharpening but no answer… no phone number to call either. I just want my lively tools back sharpened and great to use again.

So pleased with my new tools. The nippers are brilliant. Also loved the mini hot chocolate drink that came with my parcel! Good to get a little treat too. Xx

I received the wrong item after a 2…

I received the wrong item after a 2 week delivery wait. I informed tribe tools straight away and I didn’t get a response for at least a week after numerous emails/messages. I was told to return the item I was sent and send proof of postage which I did straight away. I haven’t had any response since then. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again. I hope to get my item soon or a refund.
