Nightmare to assemble
This is a beautiful table, but the cams and screws were unbelievably hard to use. And every time we thought we got it finished, one would fall out! The "tool" that came with the package is junk. The instructions are not much more than diagrams that are neary impossible to read. If you want to spend your entire night trying to put this together and getting cussing mad, go for it.

Cheap material, the shelf could not even be assembled because the connection locations to connect it to the pieces do not line up at all.
The quality was so poor that my friend who didn’t maintenance his entire life could not assemble the shelving unit. Nor code my IT, engineer, husband, myself in a great deal of time, nor anyone that I asked to assemble it.
I was so excited about that purchase. I was concerned that the quality may be low, but the ratings were decent, and my app is helping me design liked how it added an architectural detail. It was a completely waste of money, unusable, cheaply made, and now I do not have the box to turn it in. I blew $200 on the Shawty cheap material that, is whenever I figured out how to move the location for the volts in the screws and the connectors, they probably could not because it would just crumble if it were drilled.

I bought a wood bench and it arrived exactly as described. Nice quality and reasonable price so bottom line is it's a good value. Easy to order, great communication on order and delivery status. Easy to assemble for one person alone. I am really pleased with the bench, love the style and the price. I would purchase this again and will try other products from Tribesigns in the future.

Do not buy from this company. The customer services is terrible. I had a defective part on my table, and after 3 emails and 2 phone calls, they told me it will take 3 weeks to get the part.

Adjustable shelving unit
I love the shelves but the adjustable shelves don't hold much weight before they start bowing. I am using them in my craft room and the only items I feel comfortable putting on the shelves is rolls of ribbon.

The screw holes did not line up right…
The screw holes did not line up right know matter what we tried. I am fairly mechanical and have put many things together, but for some reason this item caused me great frustration! It is nice looking, and that is why I purchased it. I DID make a phone call and talked to a representative about returning it; which was allowed, but I never heard back. My husband and I put I back into the box and it is sitting in our spare bedroom. Could you please send me a return lable. I called in a respectable time span and need some cooperation on Tribesigns end of it. Please help me in rectifying this issue.
