No order no response

I have been trying to get in contact regarding an order i placed on Monday 26th and no response. I placed an order on this date and it's not arrived. I checked my email but couldn't see an order confirmation. I've ordered from here a lot and looks like ive not always had one. However checking my bank the money came out instantly. Ove sent proof in one of my emails. I need to confirm if you have my order as you have my money. Or if there was an error and I need to claim my money back from my bank whuch I'm leaning towards now and re purchasing my items. That's if they are even still in stock now, a week and a half later. Can someone please get back to me ASAP so I know where I stand. I will of course delete my review. But no idea how to contact you as I've tried on numerous occasions emails and social media. Thank you

Best company♥️

Been buying from TR;BE since they started, quality products are brill and the best I have tried. CBD is the best one out there and I have tried a few. Wanted to thank them as there was an issue with my order not being delivered, got in touch through IG and they got back to me right away with next day delivery. That happend 3 times and I can't thanked them enough for what they did for me and my family. Customer service was above and beyond and truly grateful for them. Thank you once again♥️

So disappointed in the lack of customer service

So disappointed in the lack of customer service. The products are great, but as someone who has always provided services to help people, Ellie has really been let down by the customer service aspect of her business. I wanted to place an order for a product that was not on the website on July 5th. I was advised I could pay by bank transfer and the order details were provided over IG which I didn't have an issue with as I trust Ellie. My order arrived damaged and leaking, it was unusable. My order was sent really quickly which was great, however I contacted Tr;be via IG on 8th July (the day of receipt), sending photos of the damaged product. I had to chase for a response on 11th and received a really nice reply advising they were sorry for the delay as were looking at options for me but were unable to replace due to no stock. They asked for my bank details and said a refund would be processed. I sent my details straight away and then heard nothing. I chased again on July 16th and again yesterday (30th). I have received no refund, and my messages are going unanswered. Perhaps this amount seems small to the business, but for me it is a significant amount, and the product is unusable. I have been very patient, given that it is nearly a month since this occurred and do not like leaving negative reviews, but customer service is a vital part of any business and here it is severely lacking. Unfortunately, unless my refund is processed, I will be put off placing orders in the future. I recommend that people only pay via PayPal or through the website as sending a bank transfer will cause you a headache if you have an issue with your goods. Happy to amend my review if this issue gets resolved.

Going downhill...

I'm struggling to stay behind this brand. The products arent the issue, they have admittedly been amazing - replenish her and recharge him have been great for my partner and I.

I am however completely disappointed with the customer service - I order products on June 17th with standard delivery. I expected the delivery to be a little later than usual because of the restock but after 2 weeks and 3 attempts at contact via their customer service email & paypal, I've been left out of pocket, without an update or the products I ordered.

I'm beyond disappointed. I have followed Ellie for a long time and really respected her for putting such hard work into the business. A simply update email is all it would take but to take money and stonewall customers is unacceptable.

Out of stock... Constantly

The products are great quality. It is expensive however.

My issue is there is never anything in stock. Maybe the focus should be on solving that problem before adding even more products that you can't actually provide.

I wont be buying again due to this issue.

Don’t bother

I ordered 2 items in December and they were never received. Multiple emails were sent and I got no response. Luckily managed to claim back my money through the bank. Would not recommend

Love the products, customer service is poor

I really love Tr;be products and would give 4 - 5starts for that, I will continue to purchase and support, however, I am having major issues with customer service at the moment regarding an order from 5 weeks ago which has still not been dispatched. I’ve made contact in so many different ways to no avail which is quite frustrating.

Hopefully my issue will be picked up and looked into soon.

Money taken & no product received

Placed an order on 3rd May. Still no product received & I’ve emailed multiple times & also messaged on Instagram to ask for my order to be cancel & refunded. Each time I’ve been ignored. I’ve now raised a dispute with my bank for the money they’ve taken from me. Save yourself a load of hassle & find a reputable company to order from instead.

Dissapointed

I have been very happy with Tribe up till now. I placed an order a good few weeks ago, never received it, sent them a good few emails an no reply. Im really dissapounted as I dont know what is happenning. I love their products but I do need an answer of where is my order or if not just to have a refund. No nasty chemicals!

Fantastic well thought about natural products with no nasty chemicals. The two deodorants are outstanding products and last the distance under pressure. Highly recommend these. I'm about to try the sun lotion
