As explained to you before via email - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Other items you bought, you may have returned and get a refund for them.
Regarding your purchase of Fuchsite, as explained before, you have bought Rough shape crystal, which is supposed to be like that. It was not in polished form. Fuchsite, also known as chrome mica, is a chromium (Cr) rich variety of the mineral muscovite, belonging to the mica group of phyllosilicate minerals with hardness of 2.5 on Mohs scale. Which is considered soft. It's one of the most beautiful and elegant stones that you will see because of the amazing sparkle it carries, I am sorry you didn't like it sparkles, it is what Fuchsite has as one of its properties - shimmery luster.

I love this website such beautiful unique pieces...have ordered a few times now and it's the first place I look now when shopping for crystals. I have even received a beautiful free gift in the past a lovely ammonite in a pink bag. My son who is fossil mad was so pleased at that! Most of my favourite pieces are from here. thanks so much!
