My trichology course has been a great experience overall. At times, it felt very challenging, but I truly enjoy learning new things and it was absolutely worth the investment in myself and in expanding my knowledge after 20 years in the hairdressing industry.

My tutor and the staff were incredibly supportive throughout the course. I also had to take some time off due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were very accommodating and understanding, which I really appreciated.

What I found most interesting was that the internal factors affecting hair and scalp health, which I found fascinating and extremely valuable for my career development, I found you have to do a lot of research that I did enjoy but felt could be overwhelming, but the staff definitely verified and helped and it was good for expanding my knowledge.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to further their knowledge. However, I would advise future students to ensure they can dedicate enough time for studying, as the course does require commitment and focus.

Overall, I would highly recommend it, and in the future I would definitely love to continue onto the Level 5 qualification.

This course was very insightful and I found the course tutors and mentor extremely helpful. No questions were too silly and they had plenty of time for me.

My journey with Trichocare was an enjoyable one , often frustrating and sometimes learning was hard. My mentors where there to support me. The course layout is clear and easy to follow .It is important to make time to learn .

The course was very thorough and a better experience than a previous Trichology course that I have completed. My mentors Keith and Vanessa were very helpful, and Jackie, Alison and Brian have all answered questions when needed. I would recommend this course.

As a hairdresser with a strong interest in trichology, this course was a fantastic opportunity to expand my knowledge of hair and scalp health. Most of my previous training has been face-to-face, so this was my first fully online course, and it worked really well for balancing work and personal life.
The study materials were clear, informative, and easy to follow. The support from tutors, mentors, and the student care team was excellent throughout. I also really valued the student WhatsApp group for sharing tips and support.

I qualified with the TrichoCare Education team only 2 weeks ago. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the team at the last Conference , within the House of Lords - London only a few days later. What a fantastic day to celebrate my qualifying! I would highly recommend TrichoCare education for the Level 4 Trichology course. It took me some time to complete as I had a few personal hurdles to jump within my course study time frame. My Tutor Keith and mentor were very helpful and understanding/supportive and keeped me on track and focused on my learning journey. Jackie was always at the end of the phone for any learning or technical support too. There were also things I could attend to support my on-line based academic learning. I have been to 2 conferences where we were able to learn more about nutrition with Charlotte Lucas - Nutritionist, skin complaints with John English - Consultant Dermatologist and chemicals in products with David Basketter. It all supported my learning journey. Litmos, the learning platform is easy to navigate online and the Zoom meetings and assessments were fantastic. Not scary but supportive and easy to set up. I was so pleased to come out with an accredited qualification that could be undertaken in my own time and around running my hairdressing business full time and family commitments. I found the Litmos app on my phone quite a key to studying on the move, with my hectic lifestyle. Thank you to all the team and extended help from people within the ART. I feel ready for my next career chapter!

I recently completed my Certificate IV in Trichology through Trichocare, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Living in Australia and starting the course with a one-year-old son, I was initially unsure how I’d manage study alongside motherhood and running my own business. But thanks to the structure and support offered, I was able to successfully complete the course without compromising any of my other responsibilities.

The Trichocare online Level 4 Certificate course in Trichology is regulated by the ITEC awarding body and can be complete in your own time with a very supportive team.

This course does not require you to visit a practical hands-on classroom with models, it is more academic and is designed to give you all the basic knowledge to become a professionally informed Trichologist, and add this to your practice.
It does however require a lot of self-dedication, and in this busy world we ca be faced with all sorts of issues knocking us off track but this course allows you to take the time off to deal with this and return when you can. All the information is there on the course platform to enable you to achieve your end goal and become a certified Trichologist.

Studying trichology (in English) was slightly out of my comfortzone, however Keith and the team made sure i was prepared at all times and had all the right support i needed. It gave me so much more knowledge than i could've asked for and i'm looking forward to continuing my Trichology journey. It's 100% different to hairdressing though, so make sure it's something you're interested in as you really have to put in the hours.

After completing the level 4 Trichology course with Trichocare Education in July 24, I just wanted to share what an amazing experience it was, all of the course content is available online, the support from the team was incredible, independent study can be challenging but the course is designed really well to enable you to build on your knowledge from each module. I would highly recommend this course to any passionate hairdresser who wants to advance their knowledge in hair and scalp conditions/disorders. This course enables you to diagnose conditions and offer a number of solutions for those clients who as a hairdresser you just can’t help.
