Their customer service is very poor…

Their customer service is very poor especially "Cindy" whom I have spoken to a couple of times. She is rude, loud and very impatient especially when you're asking questions about products on their website. After placing my first order with them, I asked about samples and she interrupted me rudely before I finished my question. Professionalism is key for customer service and they lack one.

Wouldn't recommend.

I bought a couple hundred Glass Euro Dropper bottles to be used with a Corrosive product.
We've used various other types of Glass Euro Dropper bottles with the same type of caps before, however this time they all leaked and have caused give or take $1000 in damage to products.
I contacted Support looking for a refund, but got the answer that they can't guarantee that any liquid will work with their product, and specifically said Corrosives wouldn't.
I find this odd considering my experience with euro dropper bottles, and that if they knew it wouldn't be compatible and told me when I came to them, then they really should have written it on the product description.

Horrible Customer service

Horrible Customer service. I ordered some products shortly before the state close business due to pandemic. The order was sent back to them by fedex. But I didn't get a refund. When I contacted them, the very rude Lady I spoke to told me I received the products and she will not refund me. When I asked her for proof of delivery, She changed her tone and said they did sent it back to them. This Woman was screaming on top of her lungs.I have never experienced talking to someone as rude and uncouth as this Woman. I will never order anything from this company again. So unprofessional.

Excellent! They go above and beyond to make things right...

Packaging Options Direct was absolutely amazing with their customer service and response! I bought jars and lids and had an issue with them because originally their website lacked clarification. I emailed them to further inquire what went wrong and they apologies and immediately refunded me fully. They also updated their website, so other customers wouldn't make the same mistake I did. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. They are spectacular. And now with their free shipping on orders over $149 promotion combined with the 10% discount for signing up for their newsletter they've become one of the least expensive stores out there for 1st-time buyers. They're unbeatable all around, especially with their great selection. I can't wait until they start selling the lids I need!

Shady and Untrustworthy

I ordered 120 candle jars at a discounted price, and was never told the fact it was out of stock.in fact they just refunded the money the day it was supposed to arrive ruining my planned ahead event for those specific candle jars. After reaching out,I was messaged back the reason why my order was canceled was because it's an out of stock discontinued item and they had nothing similar. I went back to try and buy something else and saw the same jars still on their website just not on sale anymore. The fact that I was lied to by whoever answering the emails is real shady business. The price changed 50 cents more per jar now. The lady given me a 15 percent discount code for the untimely inconvenience, but to me it's the principle.Any type of corporation that would cancel a customer order and lie about the reason is not trustworthy. And the shipping is unreasonable.I only rate it as 2 star because I still needed cheap jars. Right now I'm stuck until I find a reliable source. Based on my first experience I would not recommend this company.

Ordered 12 375 ml bottles and 12 750 ml…

Ordered 12 375 ml bottles and 12 750 ml bottles w/24 18.5 mm cork caps on 11/29. Delivery was promised for 11/29. Planned on bottling Limoncello for Christmas that night before leaving for Chicago. Nothing came. No problem, I thought, I can do it on Sunday and still have it ready for 12/21. Came home Sunday, Dec. 2, NO BOTTLE CAPS, NO 375 ML BOTTLES, CAN'T FILL THE 750 ML BOTTLES W/O CAPS! (Adding insult to injury, they then sent me an email that shipping was free for Cyber-Monday orders- If I had known they couldn't get the bottles to me on time I would have waited and at least saved the shipping costs)

I should have ordered from Freund as I have in the past but I couldn't remember there name or find the old receipt. I won't forget again!

***UPDATED BELOW... I placed a small/simple order a couple weeks ago because I heard of all the complaints and dissatisfactions on here. And unfortunately, I experienced the exact same issue I was trying to avoid by placing that small order. I purchased 48 glass jars and 48 caps to go with them and I only received 41. I tried to contact the company via email several days ago and have yet to hear from them. It's sad because I WANT to continue ordering from POD because they have excellent products and prices. However, I WILL NOT return if they cannot put forth any effort to make things right with a customer. Or count out the right number of jars, for Pete's sake (and for a SMALL order, might I add).

UPDATE: I was contacted shortly after I initially posted this review and things were made right. They immediately sent off my missing items and I received them 2 days later. Thank you Packaging Options Direct. I will continue to purchase from them. Good customer service, good quality jars, and EXCELLENT prices... Thank you!

So glad I found this company

I am very happy with this company and their customer service is excellent --courteous, helpful, response time was short. I made a request that they could not grant but were quick to offer me a reasonable alternative that I was satisfied with. The first time I ordered from them it shipped the next day and the second time it shipped the same day, you can't beat that. The product is everything I hoped it would be. I don't think you can go wrong with these people.

Great Customer Service

I recently purchase some Boston Round bottles and pumps. The pumps were not the correct type and the customer service department was so incredibly helpful. They worked with me to help me find the correct pumps and answering all my questions. Packaging Options Direct is a great company to purchase from and I look forward to wording from them again soon.

Bad customer service

I placed a large order of bottles (with caps). I counted the order and discovered I was missing almost 25% of the bottles. I contacted the company via phone (no answer), then via their live chat ( wasn't active) and via email. I did this at around 6:00 pm. I finally received a reply email, which was curt. I was told the issue was with the carrier, and to take it up with them. Every other manufacturer/company I order from immediately replaces lost merchandise. I was told I would have to wait up to two weeks. I am very dissatisfied. It is disappointing, as I was about to order, quite frequently, a very large volume of the products.

All around awesome service.

I had been looking high and low for inexpensive bottles to use during my aromatherapy sessions. I can across Packaging Options Direct by chance just googling "plastic 2 oz bottles". They had so many options to choose from and had the lowest cost I could find, even sites that are for massage therapists supplies were several cents more per bottle. I received my order within a few days and even tho I was missing 2 caps for my bottles they were so friendly n very prompt about making sure my order was corrected and I received the rest of my product. I will definitely be using them again for supplies and have already shared my experience with other massage therapists so they too can utilize them. Thank You.

i have ordered items for our lab from this company several times over the past two years and have had great experiences. Their prices are good (our budget is small!), their shipping times are good enough - though I could wish for more discounted shipping.... Items are received in very good shape. I find them to be a responsive company with rapid communication when I have questions.
