I love my product fast shipping great customer service I will purchase again Thank you so much!!

The bottles were dirty. Stated that the bottles would have to be washed. Nowhere does this state this in the product description. I called and complained. First I was hung up on, the second call the person laughed at me, the third time I spoke to a person who stated she would get back with me. Never happened. But I did receive an email that stated I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee and freight to return the dirty bottles. Poor customer service. I have been buying bottles for 7 years and have never seen anything like it. Their excuse "they got dirty in the warehouse" --the bottles are in sealed boxes??

I appreciate that I can get SAMPLES. My natural bug repellent business is evolving. I need to actually try the products in small batches with various packaging to make marketing decisions. AND THEN I can actually locate the origin of manufacture so I can choose items MADE IN AMERICA which is part of my small business' mission statement. On top of those great features, the packaging is superior quality and never lets me down!

Good products at a good price. It seems to take awhile to get stuff out of the warehouse, though.

Packaging Option Direct is a fabulous company to do business with. Their turnaround time is excellent and shipping times are better then they quote. I usually receive my products in 4 days from order date. Highly recommended them. Not to mention they respond quickly to customer service questions.

The products are just as advertised, I’m very pleased with the quality of these jars and the Lids! Everything was packaged nicely and secured, so far no broken jars! On that note if shipping could be on the time frame stated when the order is placed , this will be the perfect company ! Nevertheless I will be ordering again, this time I will place my order at least 2 weeks before I actually need them ! The prices are the best , very reasonable! I highly recommend! DLB

I ordered 10 cases of pint jars and lids from Walmart almost 2 months ago and still have not seen any jars. Packaging Options Direct got me 20 cases of jars and lids in a week. The jars and lid work perfect for all my canning needs. They were very well packed and all arrived in excellent condition. Keep up the great work guys!!

Great site! Easy to navigate and find the items I was looking for. Product came in well packaged and undamaged. I was impressed in the measures taken to safeguard the items I purchased. I will be purchasing from again!

I was unable to see my previous orders. I ordered the wrong bottle and tried to send back. they send your order in a box 3 times the size of the items shipped so it is that much more expensive to ship back. they also charge you a restocking fee. so the items I want to send back, I actually pay the company for not receiving them. they have the worst customer service if you can find something else. do it

Had problems with breakage during shipping. Packaging Options Direct took care of the issue quickly and replaced the items quickly in 1, 2, 3.

Overall the product and delivery were great. I received my whole order and was pleased with the items delivered. I did notice their prices change often and they do not do price adjustments (the price change 4 days after I placed my order), so in the future I’ll be more careful with my purchase timing
