The Tridens Monetization billing software is highly flexible in terms of product setup. Things such as proration, adjustable billing cycles, detailed discounts, and bundling of services are easy to design and maintain.
Business operation tasks are configurable, so many automation options exist.
When we managed to automate the Order 2 Cash process fully, we saved plenty of time and resources.
We use Tridens Monetization across multiple departments to rate and bill our digital marketing services.
Our offers range from weekly/monthly fees to one-time purchases and even our clients' consumption-based customized campaigns.
Monetization allows us to design complex discounting offers targeted at specific client segments. Additionally, we use Tridens Monetization for financial reporting and analytics.
Monetization handles itself incredibly well when it comes to complex product design or bundling of different products. We can also charge our clients (in addition to the standard monthly fee) for volume or tier-based orders. The discounting capabilities introduce yet another angle in offer design.
We were able to configure our own financial structure with accounts and GLs so that we could pull finance reports from Monetization directly.
