Went in to the Mansfield store today to trade in cards, amazing customer service and very welcoming. The cards I was trading in took a lot of checks because of value but throughout the staff members working were so talkative and very informative aswell as you could tell they loved doing their job. In the end bought some cards aswell.
Definitely would recommend and will be returning whether to buy or sell more cards.
My kids love it at the mansfield store. Definitely recommend for games nights and trades. Friendly staff
awful experiance, cards not up to standard - claiming one to be damaged and unable to send but wouldnt provide evidence of this and listed the same card a week later, tried to upsell me to a graded card when the 'damaged' the one i had ordered was 'to damaged to sell to anyone', lack of communication - had to chase them accross multiple social media to get them to ship my order, tried to bully me to change my review, wont be using for cards again
False authentication of a expensive pack of pokemon, and screws you on price when you sell to them, 110% would recommended people avoid
