We used Tri Fire in 2021 to do a report…

We used Tri Fire in 2021 to do a report on our block with 8 flats. They sent an incorporated engineer who is not qualified to give anything more than a B2 rating, they should have sent a qualified chartered engineer. One can only assume they had already decided the outcome .....The report was sent in the name of ASTER COMMUNITIES - nothing to do with our block. The report was generic, lots of things were included which had nothing to do with our block. When queried the report was amended but the worst rating remained which was entirely based on foam filler. The cladding on the building is aluminium - not combustable
cladding, this was agreed by Tri Fire yet due to foam filler the worst rating was given. We have tried to discuss this many times and been ignored by Tri Fire. Have tried to contact them many times but have been ignored
