Amazing Service, Beautiful Jewelry
I had an amazing shopping experience at TriJewels. Vijay was wonderful at ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. He sent me videos of the stones so that I could see their color, and he was understanding when I ordered two versions of the same ring in different carat sizes (because I couldn't decide without seeing them) knowing that I would definitely be returning one of the two rings. It was a great experience, my ring is gorgeous, and the price was fantastic! Oh, and the order got to me very quickly. Highly recommend!!!

glad you liked it ..we got the order on the 25th 9pm , it was long weekend due to thanks giving so we lost those days including weekends we are closed ..in total 6 days we lost and you got the product on dec 4th so technically in 6 working days and not 3 + weeks ..anyways this story has a happy ending, hope you cherish the gorgeous jewelry pc forever.
always remember these are all custom made and hand crafted pcs so little patience will help all of us and wanted earlier just call us for us our customers are our life so always ready to work with you.

The piece is beautiful my wife loves it. But the communication with this company is terrible. Does not respond to phone calls or emails.
And when they ship they only pay for weekday deliveries and you cannot pick it up at the Fedex center.
