I’ve been a customer of Trikko for a long time, and the support and delivery have always been amazing.
I don’t even know where to start, but one of the best things about this brand is how they prioritize their customers, even with so many orders.
I bought the Trikko Basic, and I can honestly say it’s the best basic out there. Be careful when you buy your first one—you might get addicted to collecting all the new colors. I can’t get enough of them

Great Products, But Terrible customer service and Delivery Experience
I placed two orders in November and one in December, and unfortunately, I still haven’t received any of them. The customer service response has been less than helpful, simply telling me to “wait,” but it’s been three months already. And it seems I’m not the only one waiting this long. I originally ordered these clothes for the cold weather, and now it seems like I’ll only get them when it’s starting to warm up if I get them at this point.
While the brand has a really cool concept, and the clothes seem great, the long wait has made the experience frustrating. At this point, I’m not sure it’s worth the wait, l have been asking for a refund but I just get ignored making me feel I’m in the wrong and bothering them by asking for the clothes that have been waiting for three months. By my experience I definitely do not recommend to buy from them.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now, and they improved massively on every aspect. Last order I received my package in 3 days, unfortunately they shipped the wrong hoodie. But when I mailed them about it, almost immediately they send me a return label and said that they will ship the correct one asap. The brand to customer relation is insane, for example they know a lot of people that order very often by name and that says a lot. In addition to that, the quality is immaculate and very durable (if you don’t do anything crazy with it) so I would 1000% recommend Trikko to anyone

Bought a tracksuit
Bought a tracksuit. Hoodie was fine but pants had tearing in them and were at least 2 sizes smaller than XL. They barely reached my ankles. Answered few emails pretending to care and then ghosted. They try to pretend to be as friendly as possible with their ”brother” and ”bro” messages but are greedy dogs.

The people who voted 1 star i dont think they are okay, Trikko is one of the leading streetwear brands in europe. Ive accessed a couple of their drops and i have brought some clothes. everythings perfect. dont listen to the bad reeviews.

Awfull, Ordered a tracksuit from them at 14 of November spend 195€ with shipping cost and they still did NOT ship the package. Never answer, Im trying to contact them via discord and they deleting my messages this is a joke. Also they are assuming in discord that they shipped allo 14-15th November orders. Mine is still Confirmed not even shipped. Never ordering again from them and at this point i don’t even know if they are legit or scammers.
Disappointed.

Worst Experience Ever – Do NOT Recommend!
I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I placed my order back in October, and to this day, I have NOT received anything. What’s worse is their complete lack of professionalism in handling customer inquiries. No replies to my emails. No replies on Instagram. No replies even on their private Discord.
I will be traveling soon, and the delay in shipping has made things extremely inconvenient for me. If the package arrives while I’m away, it will be entirely their fault for not honoring the shipping timeframe they promised.
This is by far the longest, most disappointing delivery experience I’ve ever had. I regret trusting this brand and ordering from them (I’m based in Turkey, for reference).
If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.
P.S.: I will only consider removing this review if I finally receive my order, but at this point, I have no confidence in this brand whatsoever.
Horrible Service
Horrible Service and Communication.
Ordered half of October, quite a big order too. Never gotten anything, UPS says it got "lost" and Trikko does not reply to anything, not on email nor via their socials. I would NOT! recommend ordering from Trikko as you will just not know for sure you will ever receive your package, and them not even caring about their customers.

I ordered a T-shirt and It came three months after. Lettering on the bag of of the shirt was starting to come off so they told me to send it back and then they would cover the cost and send me a new one. Do you haven’t reply to my emails Ever since I sent the T-shirt back and now I have paid for Porto and T-shirt without The final product. I’m really disappointed because I thought the fit of the T-shirt was really nice. But the customer support was a joke

Definitely not game changers, they don't value customers, I work in customer service myself and this is not the way to keep customers. I bought a mystery item and explained that the size isn't what I expected, keep in mind I buy large in every shop and it's never been as tight as the top they sent me, which usually means the stock is made in China which actually looking at the care label, it says made in China. It was more like a medium and i'm slim build so that says it all but apparently because it's a mystery item they won't exchange it, they weren't professional at all with the response "THERES NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS UNLESS IS A FAULTY ITEM, AND WE HAVE A DOUBLE CONTROL QUAITY TO AVOID THAT ISSUE" Double control? What does that even mean "HAPPY TO SEE YOU MADE IT IN THE LAST DROP BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED.

Why they were capping I do not know and then put thanks for pushing G, i understand its a streetwear brand but it was slightly cringe and they made me feel like I was bothering them on emails. Safe to say, there's better quality brands out there with better customer service. If you're doing any "pushing" then keep pushing yourself away from this brand.

My experience with Trikko clothing has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing a top from them, I never received my order. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I have been met with complete silence. It’s outrageous that a company would take money for a product and then completely ignore their customers when there’s an issue. Trikko’s lack of communication and utter disregard for their customers’ concerns is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this irresponsible and untrustworthy brand at all costs.
