Our heartfelt thanks to Tapas for arranging the most memorable 16-day personalized trip to Egypt and Jordan through Ahmed Omar of Gat Tours of Egypt and PN tours of Jordan (Tayseer). All our apprehensions about safety in visiting these wonderful places during the recent Gaza-Israel war were allayed when we started our tour. We were impressed and felt safer than anywhere with the excellent security arrangements, most hospitable local folks and unbelievable historical site. My wife and I had the entire trip customized to last details and were treated to ever-lasting memories - thanks to extraordinarily talented and friendly drivers, tour guides and other contacts throughout our entire tour in Egypt and Jordan. Our sincere gratitude to Mr. Osman, Ms. Asmee, Mr. Abdul, Mr. Ahmed in Egypt and Mr. Haseeem and Mr.Tayseer in Jordan for a truly unforgettable journey together. We are already planning our next trip through Tapas and Trinetra.

Our driver for this tour was exceptionally skilled: he made us feel secure both on the road and off. We also appreciated the design of the tour, which gave us an overview of the various regions of Morocco. The guides for our walking tours of individual cities were another highlight. We highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a trip to Morocco.

We first travelled with Trinetra almost 20 years ago when they led us through India and Nepal…it was perhaps our best trip ever. In October 2023, Trinetra expertly guided us through Morocco for 10 days. During the trip, they consistently picked great hotels, great sites, and great local restaurants. But most importantly for us, was their choice of exceptional guides, in particular our always-with-us driver/guide and the local guides in Marrakech and Fez. Each in their own way was an ambassador for Morocco, teaching us about the culture and providing us with the individual, unique experiences one hopes to find on a tour. They were extraordinary.

I have had the pleasure of working with Trinetra Tours since 2017 and from that point forward they have been my “go to” when planning a trip anywhere in the world.
Initially, they helped me organize a month long trip in India and since then have assisted with trips to Egypt, Turkey & Bulgaria.
The uniqueness of this company is noticeable from the minute you engage in email communication. They display the utmost in professionalism, will make almost any trip a private trip, will arrange a tour anywhere in the world and are reasonably priced.
I have been traveling since I was in my early twenties, always planning my own trips & freelancing whenever possible. Now, I am in my seventies and still have things to see in this beautiful world. I recently had the pleasure of embarking on the Golden Triangle trip (Delhi/Jaipur/Agra) with Trinetra (8th July to 15th July 2023), and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! This tour company truly knows how to deliver an outstanding travel package, and they left no stone unturned in ensuring that every aspect of the trip was nothing short of exceptional.
First and foremost, our driver Jagdishbhai was a true gem. Courteous, skilled, and always with a smile on his face, he navigated through all the long journeys and challenging routes with ease, making the journey safe and comfortable, always providing unlimited cold water given the hot/ humid weather. His friendly demeanor and vast orientational knowledge of the roads added an extra layer of comfort and security to our road trips.
The tour guides throughout the entire trip (Shankar in Agra/ Bridgevardan in Jaipur - in particular) were not just knowledgeable, but also passionate about the destinations we visited. Their in-depth insights into the history, culture, and traditions of each place were captivating, leaving us with a deep appreciation and understanding of the places we explored. They were also incredibly approachable and patient, always open to questions, assisted with taking photos and providing helpful recommendations for restaurant venues in the evenings.
The accommodations arranged by Trinetra were of good quality. We stayed in some of the most charming hotels, each with its own unique character and style. From comfortable beds to good amenities, we were able to relax after a day of exploring.
Trinetra’s organisation of our tour was commendable, in particular a reorganisation of the schedule at short notice due to ill health/recovery of our children was much appreciated. Trinetra took care of all the logistics, ensuring that we had a stress-free and enjoyable experience throughout. They paid attention to all details, making sure that everything ran smoothly, and we could focus solely on creating beautiful memories.
I cannot recommend Trinetra enough for anyone seeking an enriching travel experience in India. The exceptional driver, informative and engaging tour guides, and the fantastic selection of hotels combined to create an experience that exceeded all expectations. Very important our teenage children really enjoyed the tour which was more important for us.

My sister and I visited India for the first time and decided to work with Trinetra Tours for our trip. Due to my limited time (8 days), I was only able to do a tour of the northern India portion, but my sister was also able to see the south. We had such an amazing experience and I think that was all due to this fabulous company, who planned every last detail of our trip. We saw all the amazing places India has to offer and really felt immersed in the country's rich culture. All the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and fun to spend time with and Tapas was always accessible to answer any questions and make our vacation a truly memorable one! Tapas also graciously invited us to his home where we met his lovely wife and son, and we enjoyed the evening eating a delicious meal and enjoying some fabulous conversation. I contacted Trinetra Tours for the first time, without having a reference, in 2011 to request its professional service with the organization of a tour that will bring me and my family to India, Nepal and Tibet. The chance we took payoff big time and the tour turned out to be a great success and gave us the opportunity to meet in person with two wonderful human beings, the owner of the company and his gracious wife. Since then we have kept in touch and developed a distant but at the same time close and respectful friendship.

Needless to say, nowadays whenever we start planning a new trip, particularly to “exotic” places, we contact Trinetra Tours for help. This year, knowing that their scope now includes international destinations, we requested the organization of a tour to Egypt and Jordan. Everything, since we arrived at the airport in Cairo until we left from Amman, including hotel selections, meals, tour assistants and guides, ground transportation and availability of the local Trinetra associates, was handled with a high degree of professionalism and attention to details. We can’t thank them enough for all this.

With the professional and personal assistance of the team at Trinetra Tours, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the perfect Southern India private vacation. Our emails were always answered promptly even after we booked our trip. We asked many odd/funny questions about India and we received respectful honest answers. Nothing was too much trouble...always eager to make our trip to India a magical one! Mahendra and Tapas planned an excellent itinerary. Our dedicated driver was always on time, drove exceptionally safe, and tended to our needs in a kind manner. We felt safe at all times. Our van was a newer model and was kept clean. My name is Martha from Mexico City and recently 5 friends and I made a wonderful trip to Kyrgystan and Uzbekistan, exotic and amazing places!
We decided to organize the trip with Trinetra Tours because we already had a very good experiences with them in India, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos.
This time was as usual excellent attention from the begining to the end of the trip.
We had excellent guides, drivers and hotels. But the best thing was THE PEOPLE. They were so kind and profesional! Kyrgystan is fot the nature’s lovers with amazing landscapes, mountains, the wonderful Izzyk Kul lake, ideal for trekking… and the cities we went in Uzbekistan were plenty of culture, colors, history, handcrafts…Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva and Taskent….all the team of Trinetra is very professional and so kind and nice to us!

For me the most important think is the assurance that everything will go well and if any problem occurs during the trip we will have the full support of Trinetra

Having recently returned to the US from a pre-Christmas tour of India, I would like to give Trinetra Tours my wholehearted recommendation as a tour operator in India - and frankly in any other country where they operate! I selected Trinetra as they were recommended by a friend, and could not be more thankful for the assistance they provided throughout my vacation. From pre-travel advice such as suggesting potential tours and itineraries and advising us on obtaining Visas, to making sure every stage of our trip was executed smoothly throughout our journey, and even waiting at the airport to make sure our flight home left on schedule, Tapas and his crew (thanks Mahendra!) did everything humanly possible to make sure our trip to India was exceptional.

Coming from the US, I was not familiar with India and was a bit apprehensive about trusting a distant tour company with my precious vacation time and my money. The crew at Trinetra answered all of my questions and dealt with any itinerary changes with patience and grace. Our incredibly knowledgeable guides all spoke English, our drivers were on time, safe and efficient and always had bottled water and snacks at our disposal. And even when things completely out of their control happened (an internal flight cancelation) they solved the problem at no additional cost before even worrying us with the news. My husband and I ended up with the trip of a lifetime - riding an elephant to experience the incredible Amber Fort in Jaipur, visiting the Taj Mahal at sunrise, experiencing the evening Aarti ceremony on the Ganges and SO much more.

For those who are wary of making this trip so closely on the heels of the pandemic, you should know that we experienced no health issues and no problems resulting from pandemic cancellations. Our guides mentioned that tourism in India is still at about 30% of what it was pre-pandemic. For us, this meant we had a truly authentic experience with no lines, unparalleled attention, and a gracious welcome from everyone we encountered.

Having traveled quite extensively, I can confidently say that if India and the surrounding countries are on your bucket list and you want to experience the trip of a lifetime, contact Trinetra Tours. You will not be disappointed!

When I tried to put together a trip to Delhi for me and my adult daughter, I quickly realized that it would be far too overwhelming to figure it all out on my own and visit Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur.
After emails to 2-3 different companies I found online, we went with Trinetra Tours. Tapas had responded to me so quickly each time, and attention to detail was amazing. Mahendra followed up with me after most of the itinerary was set, and made any other changes that might come up.

We were traveling to Delhi for a wedding. We had a few days before the wedding, and then a few days after the wedding to be able to see the area. After a few emails back and forth with Trinetra, we agreed on a perfect itinerary. We were met at the airport upon arrival, and brought back to the airport at the end of our trip. We had a driver the whole time (Deepak was awesome), and then a guide in each location we went. We were never alone at all. We were picked up from our hotel promptly at our agreed upon time, and dropped back off by dinner time. Guides spoke English very well. Our entrance fees were all taken care of, so we always went through the entry gates rapidly. I just always marveled at how “seamless” everything was, from start to finish. My daughter and I felt safe the entire time, especially when we were walking through the crowded markets. We never felt worried about pickpocketing, either. We also had no issues at all with the food. We only drank bottled water, and there was always fresh water in the car each day, along with hand sanitizer. We did upgrade the car choice, and we were glad we did.

I have no idea if all tour companies are like this, but Trinetra was awesome!!!

From the planning of our trip to Vietnam to our return home, we could not have asked for better service than Mr. Tapas and his team provided. Every attention to detail was covered and when we hit a snag from the airlines, Trinetra had resolved the issue before we were even aware of it. Our guides were excellent, knowledgeable and adaptable when we wanted to add an excursion. The hotels on our tour were outstanding - the whole experience was five star all the way. We are from Florida. My family and I always wanted to visit India. We decided that a Golden Triangle Tour would be a great starting point. We had a group of five, including 3 seniors.

After much online research, we contacted no less than five Tour Operators in India. Trinetra Tours responded immediately with a very professional, detailed explanation of how everything works as well as a great itinerary at a very competitive price point.

Right away, we knew we were dealing with a professionally, well run, no nonsense business. They even modified the tour to include two additional stops outside the typical Golden Triangle route that we requested.

Needless to say, we were very nervous about going to a very different country, half way across the world. Our fears turned out to be unfounded.

From the moment we arrived in Delhi, we were promptly greeted at the airport by the rep and driver, ferried to our hotel and checked in. From there onwards, it was pure bliss. Everything went like clockwork. They were so accommodating, courteous and flexible.

Our driver Jyoshi was wonderful and stayed with us the entire trip travelling from Delhi to Mathura, Agra and Jaipur. At each stop, reps met us, checked us in at the pre booked hotels and ensured everything was perfect. The tour guides at all the cities were excellent - very knowledgeable and English speaking.

At every point, they made sure this was OUR vacation. We stopped when we wanted, rested when we were tired, ate when we were hungry. There was never any rush and we could stay longer at some places and skip others as we felt necessary. There were no sad stories from anyone and no pressure for tipping etc. We simply cannot say enough positive things.

After eight wonderful, unbelievably awesome days, our trip was over. The owner of the company, Mr. Tapas Banerjee, made sure he put the final icing on the cake by inviting our party over to his private residence for dinner before our flight out. After dinner and relaxation, we were taken to the airport.

We had such a great time with this operator that we are already planning our next trip to India! We simply cannot say enough good things. We recommend, without any reservation, that you give these guys a try. We promise, you will not be disappointed!

This was our fourth trip organised by Mahendra at Trinetra Tours. Over the last few years two have been to India, one to Vietnam and this year to Thailand. Once again from the first email correspondence with Mahendra to being dropped off at the airport our Thailand trip was faultless. The itinerary which included Bangkok - all the sights plus the yummy tuk tuk street food tour. Kanchanaburi - very moving trip to the death railway. Then the overnight train to Surat Thani and a few days in the Khoa Sok National Park. Then off to the beach and Similan Islands to finish the trip off. All our transportation was on time and clean. Our guide in Bangkok first class, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm not sure where our next trip will be but what I can guarantee is that Trinetra Tours will be the tour operator that we will be using to put the itinerary together. Many thanks.
