Helpful surveyor, portal a nice experience
The surveyor was very helpful at explaining everything they were doing and how the process works. Communicating through the portal was good, and being notified of new messages was helpful, being able to review case status and accept claim through portal etc. was helpful, rather than trawling through emails.

The first response team were all fantastic. Callum explained the process, and what would happen on the day and later on. The team worked quickly to remove the damaged carpets and flooring. All team members were friendly and respectful of our home. We were so pleased to see them!

Experienced a water leak- from a bathroom tap down to the kitchen below, caused damage to the ceiling and floor, assumed this was causing the damage to the floor- when we turned the stop co*k off to stop the water flow when the bathroom tap leaked it also caused a leak from the stop co*k which was infact the cause of the heavily damaged floor, our insurance policy expert told us we had to fix the leak having to cut into our kitchen unit to get into repair the stop co*k, we lifted the flooring which we disposed of however did still have the underlay all sitting sodden outside- the man from trinity claims said there was no evidence of a leak! Uploaded multiple pictures and videos of my brushing water on the kitchen floor and have now closed the claim, unsure on the point of having house insurance really- useless and would never touch someone using this company or policy expert again.

I cannot praise you enough, from my 1st message about my claim you sent someone to make the garage secure the same day then arranged a survey. Decided Would need it replacing, because the door had to be made.
The door was fitted yesterday, the fitters did a fabulous job ,to say I'm very happy with the service is an under statement. Thank you for your help and support xx
