Week long Caribbean instant win
I was lucky enough to win a holiday for 2 to St lucia. What an amazing win. They were so quick to contact me and get it booked up. Once the booking was confirmed I was given all the details and access to the booking to manage it myself. The team was awesome so quick and helpful with any questions, I can not fault the service. What an amazing opportunity!

Hi Alan, Sorry you felt the need to post a 2 Star review but we appreciate your feedback. unfortunately we have been forced with the way the competition sector has gone driving cheaper priced tickets, we always try to keep them varied across the site, if you was watching the site around February/March we did put the ticket prices back up across certain prizes and lower the amount of tickets but unfortunately we see sales drop hugely! When asking our audience the majority wanted cheaper tickets when entering. The way we structure our competitions on mark up has actually lowered this year with profit margin as competitions don't sell out and we actually take more of a hit on transaction purchasing costs due to the cheaper tickets. We put prizes up knowing they won't even break even just to fill out a live draw as Instant win competitions have mainly taken over now. I believe at some point they will increase again across the competition sector its just a matter of time. Hope this explains our direction in some way. I know you've been a Trinity member for a while and i hope with any previous sales or wins that have come your way that we've delivered a 5 Star service.
