Regarding my Trinity SELT GESE Grade 5…

Regarding my Trinity SELT GESE Grade 5 (B1 level) exam, the entire process was clear and easy to manage. I did experience an issue when making a payment: the payment was processed successfully, but I did not receive the email confirmation for the exam I attended on 26 May 2026 in Birmingham. What was important, however, was that the helpdesk was available and provided assistance when needed. Overall, I am satisfied with how my case was handled.
