I would strongly advise caution before buying from Trinkety Paws.

I purchased two collars (Pastel Blue and Powder Pearl/Blush) and had issues with both:
The company sent me the wrong colour collar. As my dog’s old collar was ripped, I had no choice but to use it temporarily. Within just a few days of normal use (no mud, rain, or seawater), the hardware stained the material green and began fading.
The Powder Pearl/Blush collar had sharp, unfinished holes that caused scabbing and irritation to my dog’s neck. I provided photographs of this.

When I raised my concerns, Trinkety Paws repeatedly denied any fault, blamed “dirt transfer,” and said cleaning was my responsibility, despite advertising their collars as waterproof. They disposed of the incorrect collar I returned, despite the fact I only had to use it because they sent me the wrong item in the first place.

They refused both a refund and replacement, despite my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their final response was to close communication, insisting there were no defects, even though I had clear evidence.

In my opinion, the hardware on these collars is poor quality, not dog-safe, and not fit for purpose. I’ve since escalated this to my bank and Trading Standards.

Collar great quality & was beautifully packaged. Brown not the shade I expected & fit is generous. Probably could’ve ordered a medium due to the amount of overhang.

Would highly recommend. I’ve ordered two biothane leads and collars, I loved the first one so much I got the same again in a different colour. They’re perfect for my mud, water, sand loving spaniel. They’re long lasting and so easy to clean. They also come in a range of beautiful colours. The team are great at answering any questions and dispatching very quickly. Thanks again

Very poor experience as a first time user of the company. I spent a substantial amount of money buying my two dogs an easy fit harness and lead, to the sum of nearly £160, the most I have ever spent on dog leads. My dogs are nearly 11 and these harnesses are the worst I have ever bought as they are not fit for purpose.

The harnesses came after much excitement and I couldn’t wait to try them out. I had measured my dogs prior to purchase and ensured I ordered the correct sizing. Shortly into the dog walk on first use both dog harnesses started coming loose where the buckle should keep it tight. I tightened up the harnesses and the same thing happened again, and again. I reached out to the company straight away, within a day, and I was told I couldn’t return them as I had used them. All I was offered is 20% off a new product - really?! So a product not fit for purpose couldn’t be returned but how was I to know how useless they were until using them? It’s not like I’d had them any length of time before complaining I reached out straight away. They are a huge safety hazard as they come so loose it’s unsafe. I have tried to persist but the same thing repeatedly happens and I am so on edge when using them.

I would not recomend this company as they charge high prices for products not fit for purpose that pose serious safety issues to pets - dog harnesses should NOT come loose as you walk. I strongly feel I should have been able to return the useless harnesses.

I love the items for my pooches and I totally understand the small business and personal touch. Would of loved the woodland characters along the lead and just not the handles especially for the price.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Brilliant product.

I phoned Trinkety Paws first of all just to double check they could make what I wanted. From start to finish the customer service has been first class. I wanted to see some colour ways that I couldn’t see together on their socials and they kindly sent me some examples quickly. I did have an issue with Royal Mail posting the collar to the wrong address and Nadine did her best to help me and eventually 2 days later it arrive. This was no fault of Trinkety Paws, this was Royal Mail error. So finally received the collar today and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! It’s exactly what I wanted and imagined it would be. My parter is looking into ordering one for her Spaniel now she’s seen mine. So thank you very much Trinkety Paws 😃

Lead exactly what I wanted. The only down side is the finish on the very end of the lead. This looks as though it was badly cut with scissors to 'round' the end off.
Apart from this, very happy with the product.

Very expensive for a collar even though they are well made. £21 for a small collar is very expensive and other cheaper options are available. I thought I was getting a lead and collar set for that price but that wasn’t the case.

Great quality product. In fact I have just ordered a second one.

I have bought from Trinkety Paws before and always really pleased with the quality. Once again my 2 leads arrived quickly and were really lovely in quality and colour. The leads last for ever, I bought new ones as I got new harnesses and wanted leads to “match”, the colour choice is superb. These are better than fabric leads particularly in wet weather and are nicer in your hands, easy to clean.

Amazing experience from start to finish. My mum and I met Nadine at ‘All about dog show - Newbury’ and she was lovely! Extremely knowledgable and super helpful. Helped me pick out my multi use lead, and talked me through the options for what I needed through the lead. I also asked about a custom lead attachment to be able to walk 2 dogs on the multi way lead, she made it for me and it’s perfect! I love it. She also made a beautiful custom lead for my mum to match the collar she had brought for her dog. Will continue to recommend Trinkety paws and Nadine 🐾 THANK YOU!

Great dog collar - exactly as described. Seems very well made and robust, whilst light in weight for our dog to wear
