Went on a recommendation- good call!!

Went to see Emma on recommendation after an awful experience with a chiropractor. And I’m so pleased that I did. Her gentle wholistic approach really did work for me. She gave me some exercises to do and I have to say, 3 sessions later, my knees are so much better. Don’t get me wrong, my arthritis is still there - but it’s not what I think about as soon as I wake up.

Hip pain

I went to Emma with hip pain, which was worse after I'd been running. She did a very in depth assessment and manipulated my hip to get a better understanding of what the problem was. She explained it fully and it turns out that my pelvis is tilting inwards on one side. She provided stretch exercises for me to do daily and I've had a further 2 sessions with her. I'm continuing with the stretches and all is good. Thank you Emma, you are amazing 🤩
