I bought tickets 9 months in advance and the flight was canceled on the second day. Till then 6 months I can't receive my money back. Every time when I chat with the support they promised that I have to wait few more days and I will receive the money but nothing. The amount is over $700.

I have been in touch with them many times (they never contacted me) and their only answer is to wait. Claiming that they are waiting for wizair to reimburse them first
I am so sorry I did not read reviews earlier. I booked with them last night and they are making me wait for 72 hours for the confirmation. And when I pressed to see where it says 72 hours, the chat person said it was in internal documents. I am considering booking elsewhere and then cancelling with them. This is the WORST experiecne I have ever had.
Avoid this company. I had a terrible experience with them. After booking an open ticket I tried to change my flight and in order to do so I had to call their customer support department. I had to call multiple times and spend more then 3 hours on hold because all the time they were explaining to me that there is system error and they can’t access the platform. At the end I just booked new ticket. So definitely not recommended. AVOID
Showed me a price for airplane tickets and right at the final step AFTER they got my names and card details they told me that the price is now 350 BGN higher (~175 euro). Do not use thоse racketeers.
