From booking of the flight till my mom landed in Canada, she has been a tremendous support for my mom. Its always a belief that once the sale is done, the profit and loss is yours but she was even there after the tickets were booked.
Managed almost everything, from ticket booking, to seat booking, to getting the wheelchair support and the retrieval of boarding passes also.
I believe she is a gem of the organisation.
I would always prefer her to be my agent as she gave a family experience to us.
