Their service was using fake tracking and not actually shipping any orders. I tried to get a refund for the balance that I had put in my account but they kept saying that they were waiting for approval which obviously never came. Basically they stole over 1k from me and it was a terrible experience. Also you can tell that they have paid for fake reviews on this platform. All of the good reviews are from overseas or the same place.

Triplemars is actually built by people who dropship full time themselves and not just try to market their software. The most stable monitoring and auto ordering system with the greatest support out there.

I was with Triplemars for several months. They constantly have problems that only the support staff can solve. I've been demanding a refund for the money I left in my account for four months, and I still haven't received a response.

0 feedback to your service, i want to say stay away to make your business good, when i tried to charge a 300$ they duplicate it and they stole 300$ when i ask for refund they said wait 30 days and i did. Now it's been more than 50 day and i tried to contact them, the only reply that i got from them is there is no update from financial team.

Everything was nice until the moment they stopped placing the orders and putting my requests on pending for a prolonged time. I was not sure when the orders will be processed and therefore my clients were not satisfied. For this reason, I wanted to close my account but I still have money inside. No one from the support answered, I can't take my money back. This website is no longer any services so I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very Bad service, customer support there are not available I'm losing a lot of money and cases closed again me because I don't provide the tracking number or return label and they are not refunding me.
