This company sold me a defective pool and they want to force me as a disabled person to empty the thousands of gallons of water that I just put into it fold it and repackage it into its original box and drag it back to UPS so that they can refund my money and then throw it in the garbage. Customer service is incredibly rude non-concerned and dismissive

scammers - delivered fake product, that arrived damaged and then blamed customs for it.

Avoid any dealings with them!

I never received my item and they refused to send it again or refund me.

Ordered a coolermaster hyper 212 black edition cooler. They sent a unit that was clearly used, scratched, water damaged, and deceitfully repacked and offered as new.

These people consistently send the wrong item in the mail.

I require the item that was paid for be shipped. Currently the Item is available. It shows that the item to arrive no later than 05 July 2024.
I have video of opening package and phone call with Amazon Customer Service.
In addition, I personally know another person that has the same exact problem, (in the same time frame). Which shows that it is a willful criminal violation of the Law.
I am also Retired Military, which carries even higher penalties.
I am currently in the process of posting on all social Media.
Also Amazon Order # 112-1273576-7958624 is of the same violation and I am also not the only one.

Seller has committed four (04) violations of the Federal Trade Commission. Two (02) to me and two (02) to another person that I know personally in the last 30 days.

they sent me a defective product($420) and refuse to replace the item... they say that they are not responsible... they are a scam outfit that sends out defective items.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT IS CONNECTED TO THIS COMPANY... they are not a trustworthy company.... from the reviews that I've read... it is hit or miss with this outfit...

They supposedly sent me a hard drive in the mail. Was supposed to be new in box. They sent me a package that had been taped up and when I opened it there was no hard drive in the package. They will not refund the money. They are scamming people.

I purchased a brand new printer from this company on amazon. after I received the item, I opened the box and I saw that there is an old and used printer in the box. immediately, I put the printer back in the original box and returned it to the seller. they responded back that the printer was new when they shipped it and it is not their printer and accused me of changing the new printer with an old one; therefore, they denied refund or sending a replacement. ADVISE TO ALL PURCHASER, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THE COMPANY IS SCAM. Unfortunately, I did not check the company's rating, otherwise, I would never, ever buy anything from them. I see that they have done this to the other buyers. If there was negative rating on the rating chart, I would give them -5 (Negative Five)

I bought a monitor from this company on Amazon, and had to return it (wrong monitor), They held back my refund (I only received the tax, losing 90% of my money). Their explanation? They claimed that I returned a different model and Serial# and thus refunded zero to me. A claim so false it is in fact not possible, as I did not / do not HAVE the same model monitor to even try that. I took it out of the box and same day put the (same) monitor back in the box and paid (postage out of pocket) to return it to them. Weeks go by, no refund, and then when I inquire with Amazon they reply with the above fiction. This amounts to theft by them upon me. Used my bosses credit card to buy this monitor and now I am on the hook for it as they scammed me out of 90% of my money, and they have the (new, correct & original) monitor I returned to re-sell to some other unsuspecting dupe. So buyer beware. Awful awful seller.

Unreliable, unresponsive. Scammers. Do not waste your money with this "company".
Ordered over a week ago, nothing got shipped, no responses to status inquiries. UTTERLY PATHETIC!!

The blanket I ordered was listed as a "military wool blanket". It was important to me that it be 100% wool and it was not.

Blatantly dishonest - I purchased a Lego infinity gauntlet from them via Amazon, as a present for my nephew, and it never arrived. Their courier (DHL) delivered the package to the wrong address, and confirmed this to me in writing - triplenet pricing then ignored this confirmation, despite me explaining several times, sticking with the initial delivery ‘confirmation’ - so though their customer is clearly out of pocket, they do not seem to care, have repeatedly refused to provide me a direct email, or a direct number to call. They’ve basically kept my money and not delivered.
